The archaeological work of the pre-qin period in jiaodong region has been developing for 90 years since the 1930 s,and many achievements have been made.With the continuous supplement of archaeological discoveries,the continuous deepening of research,the innovation of technology and the improvement of theory,the archaeological work in jiaodong region has been progressing and developing.Archaeological findings of the paleolithic age in jiaodong region are mainly relics of sites,caves,stone tools and animal fossils,which can reflect that jiaodong region has certain connections with the paleolithic culture of Japan and Korea,and is an important way for ancient cultural exchanges at that time.Neolithic archaeological discovery has a lot of jiaodong region,including ash pits,site,tombs and all kinds of artifacts,the jiaodong region’s sequence of neolithic culture has been basically established : the stage 1 of the BaiShicun-the stage 1 of the QiuJiazhuang-the stage 1 of the ZiJingshan-the stage 2 of the BeiZhuang-the stage 1of the yangs YangJiaquan-the stage 2 of the YangJiaquan.Cultural features of each period had more comprehensive understanding.The important achievement of archaeological work during the xia and shang dynasties in jiaodong region is the establishment of cultural pedigree,that is,yueshi culture--zhishui phase ii culture--pearl gate culture.The main content of the archaeological work of the zhou dynasty in jiaodong region is to excavate the site of returning to the city with the character of capital city,which provides important data for the study of the ancient Chinese civilization.In addition,a lot of bronze vessels with inscriptions have been unearthed,which is conducive to the study of the culture of the yi people. |
