A Study Of Qufu From The Perspective Of Literature Therapy

Qufu,also known as Quci and Qusao,refers to the Cifu written by Qu Yuan.Later,it is collectively referred to as the Chuci.In fact,it is an important part of the Chuci.Based on the original therapeutic function of literature,the special cultural background and the special identity of the author,this paper studies it from the perspective of literature therapy.This paper is divided into seven parts: introduction,six chapters and conclusion.The introduction firstly clarifies the research space of the topic by combing the research status of Qufu and the research status of classical literature from the perspective of literature therapy.Secondly,combining the research status and the relationship between Qufu and literature therapy,the feasibility of the topic is analyzed,and the innovation points of the research are pointed out.Finally,the research method is clarified and the research significance is clarified.The first chapter is the study of literature therapy and Qufu.Firstly,starting from the theory of literature therapy,by clarifying the origin of Chinese literature and therapy,sorting out the cases and views of ancient literature therapy,the specific connotation of the theory of literature therapy in the local historical context is clarified.Secondly,it introduces the cultural background and special identity of Qufu,and reveals the origin of Qufu and therapy.Finally,make clear the specific research articles and divides Qufu into ritual literature,non-ritual literature and questioning literature according to the research needs.The second chapter is to explore the therapeutic value of Qufu’s ritual literature.This paper discusses the possibility of realizing the therapeutic value of ritual literature from two aspects,namely,the words of sacrificial songs and the words of evocative songs,combining witchcraft thinking and myth thinking.The third chapter is to explore the therapeutic value of Qufu’s non-ritual literature.First of all,the causes of Qu Yuan’s mental distress are analyzed.Secondly,it explores the possibility of realizing the therapeutic value of non-ritual literature from the perspectives of character images,fictional scenes,ways of expressing time,forms of acting as a witchcraft and description of lively scenes.The fourth chapter is to explore the therapeutic value of Qufu’s questioning literature.First of all,this paper traces the origin of asking questions to the sky,explains the creation motive of Tianwen,and investigates the psychological factors behind the act of asking questions to the sky.Secondly,this paper takes Gun,a mythical figure who appears many times in Tianwen as the research object,and explores the possibility of realizing his therapeutic value from two perspectives,namely the tragic image of Gun and the myth that Yu was born in the womb of Gun.The fifth chapter is to explore the therapeutic value of Qufu’s language.First of all,from two aspects of rhythm and rhyme of Qufu language,reveal the musical characteristics of its language.Secondly,combining with the influence of rhythm and rhyme of Qufu language on human body and mind,the possibility of realizing its therapeutic value is explored.The sixth chapter is about the thinking of Qufu therapy.First of all,explore the physical and mental mechanism of the realization of Qufu therapy.Secondly,it explores the influence of Qufu therapy on the literature therapy of the Han Dynasty.Finally,combining the theory of the physical and mental mechanism with the reality of the influence on later generations,the significance of Qufu therapy is clarified.The conclusion part starts from the significance of choosing Qufu as a case study,summarizes the whole paper,and points out the shortcomings of the paper.
