Since 2019,Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education have been used in Grades 1-6 nationwide,so this edition of textbooks is also called "unified textbooks".As the authoritative textbook for unified use throughout the country,the unified Chinese textbook has officially ended the situation of "multiple textbooks with one outline" and solved the problem of mixed textbook versions and uneven quality.In January 2020,the second volume of Chinese textbooks for primary schools has been revised and improved.The Chinese characters,words,sentences,and articles in the textbook have been modified to varying degrees.On this basis,exploring the internal laws and relations of Chinese characters used in the unified compilation of Chinese teaching materials can provide reliable reference for the compilation of teaching materials and help editors improve the scientificity and applicability of teaching materials.In terms of teaching,it is helpful for teachers to grasp the content of the textbook as a whole and adopt appropriate teaching methods according to the characteristics of different stages.It can also help learners grasp the key points of learning,improve learning efficiency and form a systematic knowledge structure.The main components of this paper:1.Introduction.It introduces the reason,purpose,significance and method of researching primary school Chinese textbooks of the unified compilation.2.Statistics and Analysis on the use of Chinese characters in primary school textbooks.The Chinese Curriculum Standards(2011)is the most direct guiding principle for the textbooks.The Word List Commonly Used Characters List for Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum appended to the curriculum standards is an important reference basis and evaluation standard for the teaching of Chinese characters and literacy in the textbooks.The List of Commonly Used Words in Modern Chinese contains the first 3500 words of commonly used words in daily life,which is an important reference standard for daily use of words.The comparative analysis of the words in the primary school Chinese textbooks and the two character lists can show whether the textbooks can meet the needs of learning and life at the same time,and whether the textbooks are scientific and reasonable.In this chapter,the number of words,types,frequency and strokes are sorted out.This chapter compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the Chinese characters in the textbook and the two commonly used character lists in terms of grade proportion,distribution and frequency.Combined with children’s cognitive law,the paper studies the scientificity and applicability of Chinese characters in textbooks.In the research,it is found that there is no reference basis for the recognition and writing requirements of onomatopoeia characters,and that the recognition and writing requirements of some onomatopoeia characters are not consistent with the actual use.However,generally speaking,the unified compilation of primary school Chinese textbooks can basically achieve the requirements of literacy and writing from easy to difficult,separating knowledge and writing,more knowledge and less writing,and reduce the burden of literacy on the basis of respecting students’ cognitive laws.3.Statistics and analysis of the Literacy List and the Handwriting List in the compilation of primary school Chinese textbooks.This chapter analyzes the situation of literacy and writing in each textbook,sorts out the relationship between the Literacy List and the Handwriting List,and puts forward some suggestions on literacy teaching.Then,this chapter discusses whether the arrangement of words only required to be written is reasonable,and it is suggested that 14 words only required to be written should be included in the Literacy List.In addition,this chapter sorts out and discusses the literacy situation in the early stage of primary school,compares the first grade volume with the basic character list of literacy and writing teaching,and puts forward suggestions on literacy teaching and Chinese character compilation.Finally,the comparative analysis of the Literacy List and the Word List Commonly Used Characters List for Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum explores the unique characters of the Literacy List and the Handwriting List respectively from the aspects of word frequency,stroke,usage and word number,and investigates the rationality of the unique characters.4.Conclusion.The research on the use of characters in the compilation of primary school Chinese textbooks requires a lot of data and theories as support.It is a systematic and professional work.It hopes that this paper can provide a reference for deeper research in the future. |
