The basis of the reform of education and teaching is curriculum reform,the key to curriculum reform lies in classroom teaching,and the reform of classroom teaching depends on teachers.How to cultivate the geographical practice of middle school students needs all the geographical education practitioners to deal with together.As a future geography teacher,the current level of teaching ability of geography practice directs the current level of the new geography curriculum reform and the overall quality of the teaching of geographical practice.Based on the theoretical basis of activity teaching theory,multi-intelligence theory and human-terrestrial relationship theory,the research methods such as literature research,comparative analysis and interview method are adopted,combining the Standards of Geography Courses for General High Schools(2017 Edition)and the Standards for the Certification of Normal Professionals,with the reform of the new curriculum in geography as the background.A theoretical discussion and practical study on the teaching ability of the geographical practice of the students of the higher teacher’s geography are studied.Theoretical discussion: the construction of the teaching ability system of the geographical normal students of the high school geography teachers,expounded the connotation and performance of each ability,and divided the teaching ability of the geographical practice activities of the high teacher’s geography normal students,and carried out the current level determination.Practical research: Based on the level division of ability system and ability,this paper analyzes the existence of the current geographical normal students’ teaching ability of geographical practice activities with unscientific design process,unrich design content,weak control of the classroom of practical activities,difficult to produce scientific evaluation scale and scientific use of evaluation scale,The lack of innovative thinking,passive reflection and incomplete content of practical activities,such as the content and organization form.It is found that the root causes of these problems are reflected in three aspects: insufficient investment in the teaching of the geography course of the Department of Geography,the lack of close connection with the middle school,and the weakening of the normality of the geography teacher.A targeted training strategy is put forward: the design ability,carrying out ability,evaluation ability,innovation ability and reflection ability as the strategy of the teaching ability system of the geography normal students of the high teacher’s geography,combined with the department of geography,middle school and the teacher of geography,To each capacity of the specific problems of a targeted training strategy.
