| With the development of information technology in today’s society and the continuous deepening of education and teaching reforms,the national education development plan and outline advocate strengthening the reform of education and teaching by information technology,and promote the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching.In addition,the new English curriculum standard for compulsory education proposes to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability of language use,highlighting the basic role of English listening and speaking teaching in English teaching.However,the current junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching is still mainly based on a single offline traditional classroom teaching mode,which is not good for cultivating students’ interest in English listening and speaking learning,improving students’ participation and autonomy in English listening and speaking learning.The blended teaching method of online teaching and offline teaching can provide new ideas for the design of junior middle school English teachers’ teaching activities,transform single form of teaching activities into various forms of teaching activities,and solve the problems of students’ lack of interest in English listening and speaking learning,low participation and weak autonomy.Therefore,based on the blended teaching method,this study carries out the design and application of junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching activities based on blended teaching.First of all,this research uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to sort out the related research on domestic and foreign blended teaching,junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching and blended teaching in English listening and speaking teaching.In-depth analysis of the problems existing,and expounds the application value of blended teaching in junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching.Secondly,through the analysis of teaching objectives,teaching materials and learner characteristics,combined with the characteristics of blended teaching,this paper puts forward the design principles of junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching activities based on blended teaching,and constructs a junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching activity model based on blended teaching.The teaching activity model is divided into online voice imitation activity,offline demonstration imitation activity,offline situational dialogue activity and online practice consolidation activity according to the teaching mode of three stages:pre-class,in-class and after-class.The teaching activity is explained from six aspects:activity goal,teaching environment,teacher behavior,student behavior,organization form and evaluation.Finally,in order to test the effectiveness of the teaching activity model,two representative parallel classes were selected for the control experiment.The experimental class adopted the teaching activities of listening and speaking in junior high school based on hybrid teaching,and the control class adopted the teaching activities of traditional teaching methods,and the practical effect was analyzed and evaluated.The research results show that the junior high school English listening and speaking teaching activity model based on blended teaching can solve the current problems in the teaching of English listening and speaking in junior high schools to a certain extent,and help stimulate students’ interest in learning,training students’ English listening and speaking ability,promoting the improvement of English listening and speaking teaching effects. |
