The Research On The Action Frame Of Public Culture Supply In Nanjing International Community

Since the 21 st century,globalization is unstoppable,and contact between countries is increasingly close;China’s reform and opening up have deepened,and China’s ties with the rest of the world have grown stronger.In addition,with the increasing improvement of China’s comprehensive strength and great power image,a large number of foreigners choose to come to China to work,live and study.As a result,the phenomenon of China’s internationalization of cities becomes increasingly significant,and more and more international communities also appear.However,while strengthening cultural exchanges between China and other countries and attracting more foreigners to play a positive role in China’s development,cultural integration and maintenance of social order are also brought about by differences in cultural backgrounds.On the other hand,from the perspective of Nanjing,internationalization and modernization are inseparable,and the construction of an international community is the basic preparation for the realization of the goal of an innovative city.Therefore,as a new form of grass-roots governance for gathering foreign residents,the study of international community from the perspective of public cultural supply is conducive to solving the problem of cultural integration of overseas residents,creating an open and inclusive social environment and maintaining social stability.Firstly,this paper uses the literature analysis method to sort out the domestic and foreign researches on international community,community public cultural supply and actor network theory,providing the basis for relevant concept definition and theoretical analysis.Secondly,on the basis of introducing the background and general situation of the construction of international community in Nanjing,case analysis method and interview method are adopted to analyze the current situation,problems and causes of public cultural supply in Q community in Nanjing in combination with the core content of actor network theory.Thirdly,through literature analysis,this paper summarizes the public culture supply experience of international communities in the United States,Japan and Singapore,and the public culture supply experience of domestic international communities in Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,and summarizes the enlightenment brought to the public culture supply of international communities in Nanjing.Finally,based on the general symmetry principle of actor network theory,heterogeneous network construction and other core contents,the principles,core issues,actors and other important contents of international community public cultural supply service are established,and the action framework of international community public cultural supply is constructed.Promote the realization of effective supply of public culture in international communities,provide ideas for the construction of international communities and innovative cities in Nanjing,and accumulate experience for the new grassroots governance in China.
