Investigation And Research On The Career Development Of Graduates In Master Of Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Languages

In recent years,with the economic development and the enhancement of national strength of China,the enthusiasm of people all over the world to learn Chinese and understand China continues is rising.International Chinese education also has a strong practical demand,and the master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages also arises at the historic moment.However,what does not match is that the career development of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages graduates is not ideal,and there are some problems,such as low degree of career matching,low awareness of career development and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the graduates of Master of Chinese International Education as the investigation object,takes the factors that affect their career development and planning as the research theme,and uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and other research methods.this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of different factors and environments on the career development of Chinese international education master graduates in their own career development and planning,and carries out investigation and research.Through the survey of this paper,I hope to provide some reference and reference for the future career development planning and choice of Chinese international education graduates.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and significance of the topic,a summary of the current research situation at home and abroad,related research ideas and research methods.it makes clear the insufficient research on the career development planning of graduates of Chinese international education in China,and the second part is the implementation of the research design and survey,including the principles of questionnaire design,questionnaire survey,questionnaire design and trial test,the content and form of the interview and so on.The next step is the statistics and analysis of the survey data,using the two methods of questionnaire and interview,combined with the scale related to career development planning,to investigate the career development status of master’s degree graduates majoring in Chinese international education.At the same time,through the design of the interview outline,select students for interviews.The results of the questionnaires and interviews and the results are described and analyzed,and then the results and suggestions are described and analyzed.According to the previous analysis and research,this paper summarizes the factors that affect the career development of postgraduates majoring in Chinese international education,and puts forward feasible strategies and suggestions.Review and summarize the research situation of this paper,and put forward the shortcomings at the same time.Through investigation and research,we find that the master of Chinese international education graduates are in the middle level in their career development and planning as a whole,and basically have a certain ability of self-career development and planning,but it is not high.Have a better understanding of the reasons for their future work,have a positive attitude towards career development and planning,but do not have a clear understanding of their role in the career as well as their strengths and weaknesses.There are also obvious differences in different factors under different dimensions.The innovation of this paper is that the design of the questionnaire is more detailed,at the same time,combined with the analysis of the satisfaction of the professional training model,to lay the foundation for the following suggestions.The deficiency is that there are many colleges and universities that set up Hanshuo,although the sample sample is representative but not comprehensive enough,it will be further explored in the follow-up research.
