Study On The Accessibility Of Rural Public Cultural Services In Guangxi Border Areas

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of poverty alleviation,the construction of rural public cultural services in the border areas of Guangxi has been constantly improved.However,in the actual operation process,the public cultural service function carried by these services and products has not been fully reflected in the accessibility of supply and demand.This paper takes Jingxi City,which is located in the border area of Guangxi and has distinct border and ethnic characteristics,as the object of empirical analysis.Through the construction of poverty alleviation,Jingxi City has successfully lifted off poverty.As the opening leading area in the construction of Baise’s key development and opening experimental area,Jingxi’s rural public cultural service facilities have been further improved.However,due to the geographical location,the lack of cultural service publicity,the lack of cultural resources development and other factors in the border rural areas,the problems in the practice of the accessibility of public cultural services are the propositions that need to be solved urgently to improve the level of public cultural services in the border rural areas.This article embarks from the accessibility theory,draw lessons from "4 a" analysis framework,rural public cultural service accessibility in jingxi city as the research object,through field visits,interviews,questionnaire survey,and draw lessons from jingxi,on the basis of the content of the basic public cultural services directory,focus on comprehensive cultural services center free of charge at the village level facilities,listen to the radio,watch TV/movies,to carry out mass theatrical performances,or recreational activity,engage in training seminar/exhibition and so on four content accessibility analysis(public cultural services for special groups,and specific description of this article is not).Dimension from the dimension of availability,acceptability and adaptability dimension in three aspects combing jingxi city rural public cultural service accessibility problems that exist in the practice,and asking questions of the reasons behind the inquiry pertinence put forward to promote the accessibility of countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to promote the rural public cultural service of the border region of guangxi accessibility for the construction of practice for reference.
