| With the development of the times,the transformation of family structure and the concept of old-age care,the demand for spiritual culture has gradually aroused widespread concern in society.The happy life of the elderly in their later years depends not only on material needs but also on spiritual life.The choice of old-age care is no longer limited to traditional material care,and there are new ways of providing for the elderly,such as smart pension,ecological pension,and cultural pension.Among them,cultural pension is one of the latest ways of providing for the elderly.Cultural pension is a way of supporting the elderly with various cultural activities as the carrier to meet the emotional exchange and spiritual comfort of the elderly.Based on the theory of active aging and social support theory,the thesis uses statistical analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey,and literature research to develop the following aspects of cultural pensions: First,through online and offline questionnaire,survey the basic situation of cultural pension,the participation of the elderly cultural activities,the condition of the elderly happiness;Second,using SPSS and STATA statistical software,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis of the collected data,understanding the needs of cultural pensions,the relationship between cultural activities and happiness,and the significant factors affecting the choice of cultural pension for the elderly,and the use of STATA software to explore the influence of cultural activities on subjective well-being at different quantiles;Based on the above empirical analysis,it analyzes the development dilemma and reasons of cultural pension service,and fully learn from and draw on the experience of domestic and foreign cultural elderly care services,and applies it to the elderly care service in the future,build a framework for cultural maintenance service system and propose relevant countermeasures.The paper draws the following conclusions: First,empirical analysis finds that cultural skills,interpersonal relationships,leisure and entertainment are positively related,and medical insurance is not related to happiness;the significant factors affectingto choose cultural aged care services are: cultural level,cognition of cultural activities,attitudes towards older universities,family support;quantile regression results show that cultural skills,health care,recreation,and interpersonal relationships have different effects on happiness in different quantiles.Secondly,through empirical analysis,the development dilemma of cultural pension is summarized,which is manifested as: single cultural endowment content,lack of professional talents,less cultural products,insufficient cultural pension funds,etc;the reason is: the influence of traditional old-age care,the culture of the elderly low level,weak family support function,etc.Third,based on the predicament of cultural pension development,the framework of cultural pension service system is constructed,including: demand assessment system,service supply system,talent development system,capital investment system,policy and regulation system,and supervision and management system.Based on this,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: improve the old-age cultural education system,establish relevant policy systems,vigorously develop the elderly cultural industry,strengthen the propaganda of cultural pensions,and establish a positive and optimistic concept of old-age care. |
