The orchestral work Happy West Hunan is one of the author’s original graduation works,which is about the exploration and practice of the Tujia and Miao ethnic customs in the musical expression of West Hunan.This article makes a detailed analysis of the creation process of this work from the perspective of its expressive content,overall conception and the use of folk materials.Firstly,the article expounds the content of the work and the treatment of the material.Secondly,it analyzes the elements of the music,including the overall layout of the mode,the arrangement of rhythm and speed,tonality and harmony design,etc.Finally,in the development of melody,orgistration,musical expression techniques and expression,the whole music of each paragraph of a detailed analysis.As China’s intangible cultural heritage,the folk music of Tujia and Miao nationalities has important research value.As the research object of this paper,the orchestral work Happy Xiangxi is not only a review and summary of the creation process,but also a vigorous inheritance and protection of the music of Tujia and Miao ethnic groups by taking music creation as the most basic way to give full play to the subjective initiative and creativity. |
