The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a strategic deployment to accelerate the modernization of education.The introduction of the programmatic document of "Chinese Education Modernization 2035" has opened a new historical journey of the modernization of education.Human society has stepped into the information age from the industrial age,information technology has penetrated into all fields,social relations have undergone an overall change,and the field of education is also facing a major transformation.The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 is undoubtedly a booster for accelerating the reform of educational informatization.Taking technological modernization as a means to promote the development level of modern education is a hot topic concerned by many scholars at present.The comprehensive upgrade of information technology has brought more inspiration to the bilingual teaching of strong men in ethnic minority areas.Teachers’ informationized teaching ability will have the most direct impact on the quality of teaching.The system of teachers to meet the development needs of the new era is being further improved.This research takes strong bilingual teachers as the research object.According to the structural dimension of teachers’ informationized teaching ability,and combined with the role orientation of strong bilingual teachers,a questionnaire about the status quo and development mode of strong bilingual teachers’ informationized teaching ability is compiled and detailed result analysis is made.At the same time,the author conducted an in-depth investigation on the factors affecting the informationization teaching ability of the bilingual teachers,the implementation of the informationization teaching of the bilingual teachers and the language use of the teachers by means of the interview method and the observation method.According to the survey results of the analysis and feedback,the influential factors of the strong man of bilingual teachers’ information technology teaching ability attribution analysis,draw the following conclusion: the factors influencing contains four aspects,1)the level of the administrative department for education,information resources supply and the ability of development are not synchronized,the informationization training does not meet the personalized needs of teachers.2)On the environmental level,regional background hinders the effective promotion of informationized teaching,while cultural background restricts the updating of teachers’ informationized concepts.3)The imbalance of power redistribution leads to the conflict of teachers’ roles and the imperfect management system,which leads to the informatization on paper.4)Lack of awareness of the development of informationized teaching resources,need to improve the language ability,and limited ability of informationized teaching integration.The author puts forward four strategies to improve the informationized teaching ability of the strong bilingual teachers: 1)education administration level:expand the supply of informationized teaching resources and increase the intensity of informationized training.2)At the school level: establish a special management mechanism to promote the promotion of teachers’ special teaching.3)Environmental background: build a home-school community and strengthen cultural confidence.4)Deepen information awareness and promote the integration of teaching.
