Research On Qiu Chuji’s Theory Of Taoism Education

Qiu Chuji is the integrator of Quanzhen Taoism thought and occupies an important position in the history of Taoism development.On the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from Confucianism and Buddhism,he constructed a Taoist educational thought that focuses on Taoism and integrates Confucianism and Buddhism.When Qiu Chuji was in charge of his teaching,it was the rising period of the development of Quanzhen Taoism,and also the mature period of the development of Quanzhen Taoism.His Taoist education thought not only promoted the development of Quanzhen Taoism to its full height,but also had a profound influence on the development of later Taoism.Therefore,the study of Qiu Chuji’s Taoist educational thought is helpful to deepen the understanding of his Taoist thought.At the same time,the in-depth interpretation of Qiu Chuji Taoist educational thought can help us to understand the ancient educational thought of our country more comprehensively.In addition,the holistic view of nature and the view of respecting teachers valuing in Qiu Chuji’s Taoist education thoughts provide creative ideas for solving the problems of environment and education in contemporary China.In view of the important position and positive significance of Qiu Chuji’s Taoist education thought,this paper take "Tao" as the center and make a deep analysis of Qiu Chuji’s Taoist education thought.The study is divided into four parts.First,the relevant research on Qiu Chuji is sorted out and summarized,and the research purpose,significance,ideas and innovation points of this research are introduced.Secondly,the author introduces Qiu Chuji’s life and works,and further clarifying the origin of Qiu Chuji’s Taoist educational thought.Thirdly,it focuses on explaining the basic theories of Qiu Chuji’s Taoist educational thoughts,and makes a comprehensive analysis and research from the following aspects:the determination of his educational objectives,the selection of educational contents,the application of educational methods and the orientation of educational essence.Fourth,summarize the characteristics of Qiu Chuji’s Taoist educational thoughts and make a general evaluation of his Taoist educational thoughts.Qiu Chuji’s Taoist education thought is centered on Taoism theory.To the human life existence of care for the essence;Fusing Confucianism and Buddhism to form its educational content;In the adoption of education methods,the audience is different and rich in change.On the whole,Qiu Chuji’s Taoist education thought not only pays attention to the perfection of theory but also pays attention to the practice of morality,which fully realizes the communication between the above and the below,thus constructing a unique educational thought system of the whole truth.Qiu Chuji’s Taoist education thought,as an important part of his whole thought,plays an active role in promoting the development of Quanzhen Taoism and the expansion of social influence,and is one of the important reasons for Quanzhen Taoism to reach its full power.Although Taoist educational thoughts are far from we live,the rational core of Taoist thoughts is still of positive enlightening significance to the development of the current society,which gives the present people a spiritual home and nourishes their thoughts.
