In the mobile network, there are new characteristics which belong to star fandom,so online fandom appears.Because their inappropriate behaviors gradually become the focus of public discussion, such as hitting the list to control evaluations, fans fighting,Internet violence, blind worship, spending money on idols and so on,it is required to manage these situations. Therefore,it is of great practical significance and research value to study the anomie behavior and its governance in the online fandom.Online fandom is the development of fandom culture in the network era.Its emergence is closely related to developing and changing China’s idol worship since the 1990s,and popularizing network technology.Besides, its formation and development not only become more open and transparent, but also fans are more energetic.Online fandom whose division of labor is clear has formed a unique operational form and content.Through the combination of actual cases and questionnaires, this paper analyzes and summarizes characteristics and manifestations of anomie behavior in the online fandom. There are four typical anomie behaviors:language violence, emotional demand, interests and value deviation. Then, this paper states causes of the anomie behavior from perspectives:subcultural influence, leaders’ guidance, lack of platform constraints, and absence of government supervision.Because of this, the governance to anomie behaviors of online fandom, should stick with principles of government leading, prevention first, and law-based,cooperative,and comprehensive governance. That is to say, develop government-oriented role, strengthen system supply, implement network platform supervision responsibility, guide healthy development, and construct new pattern of collaborative governance.
