In today’s fierce market competition,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis.Who can recruit the employees suitable for their own enterprises and form the talent advantage can gain the competitive advantage in the market.To get a good living and development space,enterprises can’t do without excellent management team and high-quality staff,and the construction of these teams can’t do without the recruitment of relevant personnel.The success of recruitment is directly related to the survival and development of the organization.Recruitment,as a basic link of human resource management,is an important way for enterprises to obtain excellent talents.Therefore,it is very important for enterprises to build a recruitment system suitable for the development of enterprises.As a member of small and medium-sized private enterprises,WS English training school is also facing the problems of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and recruitment is one of the more important problems.For the society oriented English training school,the level of English teachers plays a vital role in the development of the school and is the internal driving force of enterprise development.Therefore,how to recruit English teachers suitable for enterprise development and optimize the recruitment system of English teachers are related to whether the enterprise can reasonably use the existing resources to create more human resource value,whether the development of the company is consistent with the development of personnel,and whether the talent advantage can be guaranteed to occupy a dominant position in the market environment.Based on the above,this paper takes the English teachers of WS English training school as an example,using the methods of literature research and interview,first elaborates the relevant theories of recruitment system,understands the connotation of recruitment and recruitment system,clarifies the connotation and steps of person post matching,the connotation and significance of competency model,and the important guiding significance of the main methods of talent evaluation for recruitment work;Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of English teachers recruitment in enterprises,and finds out the problems and causes in the recruitment.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures from the aspects of recruitment plan,recruitment channel,selection method,recruitment evaluation and talent pool,and provides corresponding system guarantee for the good implementation of the recruitment system through four aspects: concept,system,team and fund.Based on the research of WS English training school English teachers,this paper improves and optimizes the existing recruitment system of English teachers,solves the problems existing in the current recruitment process,better recruits suitable talents for enterprises,ensures the stability of talents within enterprises,forms talent advantages in the market,and obtains competitive advantages,which has certain practical significance.
