Currently,online recruitment has become the main means for college students job hunting.As the core of webpage design,the spatial location of webpages has become an indispensable factor.This study uses eye movement technology to explore that spatial location,search word presentation and typography of recruitment webpages' influence of the attentional bias on the college students.The study put forward the following hypothesis: 1.The spatial location of the search pages will have a significant impact on the attentional bias,and the attentional bias in the search word presentation will show significantly different.2.The typography of the post pages will have a significant impact on the attentional bias.3.There is best combination to make the recruitment webpages not only meet the recruiters' needs,but also enhance the user experience of the job seekers.Experiment 1 studies the attentional bias in the search webpages.It uses the recruitment webpages which have different spatial location and different search word presentation as the experimental material to explore the attentional bias in the different college students who are the research objects.It is found that the spatial location is produced a significant impact on the search pages in the attentional bias.Users pay more attention to the top position of the search pages than the middle position,and prefer the middle position to the lower position.The presentation of the search word has no significant effect on the attentional bias of the search pages.Experiment 2 studies the attentional bias in the position webpages.It uses the recruitment webpages which have different typography as the experimental material to explore the attentional bias in the different college students who are the research objects,and explore the attentional bias in the different position of the two kinds of the typography.It is found that the typography of the post pages will have no significant impact on the attentional bias.In the sequential typography,the space typography of the post pages has significant impact on the attentional bias.The objects prefer the top position than the other three positions.In the field typography,the space typography of the post pages has significant impact on the attentional bias.The objects pay more attention to the top left position than the other three positions.Based on the above results,we can draw a conclusion: the spatial location isproduced a significant impact on the search pages in the attentional bias.Users pay the most attention to the top position of the search pages.The spatial location is produced a significant impact on the post pages in the attentional bias.In the sequential typography,the objects prefer the top position than the other three positions.In the field typography,the objects pay more attention to the top left position than the other three positions.
