Recruitment management is one of the core contents of human resource management.It plays a strategic role in organizing the acquisition of talented people and adjusting the structure of human resources,playing an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and realizing the strategic goal of long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes W company as an example.After analyzing the present situation of recruitment in W company,through questionnaire and interviews,it draws out the ambiguous requirements of target candidate,lack of detailed job analysis and job description,lack of effective selection techniques and methods,inter-departmental recruitment Lack of communication and cooperation,first-time meeting of candidates with low arrival rate and a series of problems in the process of planning,recruitment process and effect,and digging the causes of the problems existing in W's recruitment strategy system.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposes the optimization plan of human resource planning,establishment of competency model of job posting,regulation of recruitment process management,establishment of campus recruitment training reserve plan and recruitment management system evaluation analysis mechanism,System and technology three levels of safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of optimization programs.The article combines the characteristics of the film media industry and provides a detailed analysis of the company's recruitment management.It has a very high reference value for the recruitment management of SMEs and film media industry.
