With development of the social and the whole national college education,arts education in teachers' college had quite promote. Especially in universities after enlarged recruitment it had very change and development from comparison of art course,the teaching method and the students number. So it is the best important thing to improve the teaching quality with art education in teachers' college expanding increasingly. The autumn 2005,there were tried out to the whole national college art under graduate course set up of art course guide scheme.It point out direction to arts education in teachers' college.However, there are still plenty of unsatisfying problems after enlarged recruitment. Great efforts should be made to improve the teaching quality and train qualified art talents.The present teaching structure of arts education in teachers' college is not adopting to the education in elementary school. From comparison of art course, the teaching method so on. Through investigate and research I think, the root of various problems is not scientific teaching view to arts education in teachers' college. It showed concept, comparison of art course ,not attach important to arts education function of arts education in teachers' college .so I advice that it need from theories go into way,with theories and skills each other to arts education in teachers' college. Because this one-sidedness can leads to pay attention to art theories teaching, but eventually hinders the improvement of students' practical skills. It conculd appreciation theories, arts the teaching method and the culture theories. I want to say that this theories is not recite from memory the old knowledge and is not imitate the past theories. It is arouse and learn through practice to our student through learn system' the old knowledge and history of art and method of recognize the world. The end purpose is learn through practice true function of arts education in teachers' college. It is feel and find the real freedom of creativeness. Beyond doubt, it is truth to teaching of arts education in teachers' college.As we know, teaching objectives show the teaching ideas and purpose as well. So its necessary to have considerable reviews on the true connotation and science of modern arts education . People should hold the idea that art education, besides the essential teaching on skills and basic knowledge, involves many other aspects like the education on aesthetic consciousness, moral sentirnent, personality, creativity, art criticism and appreciation. So, the teaching purpose has been promoted to the individual's self-full nurture which sets an even higher demand on education. One cultural and artistic qualities to the foundamental theories. Closely teaching view related to the courses offered at school and considered as the main reference to the choice and design Centering around the exposition and comparison of art teaching view offered both past and present, at home abroad, the paper develops to give some ideas and suggestions of mine on the current teaching view reform in arts education. It is highly expected that teaching view reform may give an impetus to the overall transformation of Chinese arts education, whose aim is to give the full expression of modern arts education ideas in the real teach practice, and more important the full play of the function and significance of the education in normal schools of higher learning.
