| The students with Chinese language and literature major background have become one of the main student pool majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.Because of their professional quality in Chinese language and literature,they have shown unique advantages.But compared with the students with other major background,they also have some disadvantages.The study of the development of these students in their studies and careers not only provides guidance for their development,but also provides reference for the training units to teach their aptitude.This paper selects three universities(Shenyang University,Shenyang Normal University,Liaoning University)with Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other languages in Shenyang.The pater investigates and analyzes the academic and professional development of graduate students of Grade 2019 and postgraduates of Grade 2018 with Chinese Language and Literature in the three universities,and puts forward suggestions to individuals and training units in view of the existing problems combined with the quality requirements of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.The paper consists of six parts.Chapter one introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,and makes a literature review.The second chapter analyzes the knowledge and skills of the students with the background of Chinese language and literature,compares the basic qualities of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.The third chapter is the survey design and explanation of the development of the students with master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages with Chinese language and literature background,including the object of survey,the purpose and content of the survey,and the implementation.The fourth chapter,through the survey of the students’ situation at undergraduate stage and at postgraduate stage,analyzes the influence Chinese language and literature professional quality has had,and finally illustrates the specific development of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages with Chinese language and literature major background,explains the specific development of the Master of Chinese International Education with the background of Chinese language and literature,and proves that the advantages and disadvantages of the comparative analysis mentioned in the second chapter are objective.The fifth chapter,according to the results of the survey,puts forward some suggestions to individuals and training units to promote the development of such students.The sixth chapter reviews and summarizes the paper,and points out the limitations and deficiencies of this study. |
