Autonomous learning is a modern way of learning.Students are the subjects of learning.They make their own decisions to improve and sublimate their knowledge and skills,methods and processes,emotions and values.Studies have confirmed that there is a correlation between independent learning and learning motivation,learning strategies and other variables,which further affects students’ learning effect.In the field of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages,most of the existing researches focus on international students and teachers sent abroad to study their intercultural communicative competence,learning and teaching practice,etc.,while the research on independent learning of master’s students majoring in teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages has not attracted wide attention.This paper takes master’s students majoring in teaching Chinese to a foreign language as the research object.Through the investigation of their autonomous learning status and influencing factors,this paper understands the characteristics of autonomous learning of this group,explores the needs of this group,and puts forward targeted and constructive suggestions on the problems found to improve the autonomous learning ability of master’s students majoring in teaching Chinese to a foreign language.To promote the development of international Chinese education,in the direction of academic research,it is helpful to supplement the lack of this aspect.In this paper,188 master’s students majoring in teaching Chinese to Speakers of other languages were investigated by questionnaire survey and interview,and the status quo and influencing factors of their independent learning were investigated.Questionnaire distribution and professional statistical tools were used for data analysis,descriptive statistical analysis of its current situation,independent sample t test and variance test were conducted for its background characteristics,and correlation analysis and regression equation analysis were combined to understand its influencing factors.Combined with the interview results,further study,summarize the results,analyze the reasons and put forward suggestions.The survey results show that: the independent learning ability of the graduate students of Hansuk is above the average level,the ability to use learning strategies is stronger than the ability of scientific research creation,but not advanced enough,including the ability of learning plan and learning method,learning evaluation ability and monitoring and feedback ability.The score of scientific research and creation ability is average and relatively short.Among the factors of personal background,gender,undergraduate university,postgraduate university,cross-major,academic performance and published papers have no significant influence on Hanshuo students’ independent learning.There are significant differences in the grades and learning duration of the Hanshu-graduate students in independent learning,which have a significant impact on their independent learning."Intrinsic motivation","school resources" and "peer interaction" have an impact on the application ability of learning strategies and scientific research creation of Hanshur postgraduates.Improving the learning motivation of Hanshur postgraduates,rational allocation of school resources and increasing peer interaction can promote the independent learning ability of Hanshur postgraduates.At present,there are some reasons for the lack of self-learning motivation,lack of self-control,and imperfect evaluation and feedback mechanism.In terms of school,there are reasons such as insufficient support of learning resources,insufficient play of school function,and insufficient timely reform of school.In the aspect of teacher guidance,there is lack of consistency in teacher guidance,lack of humanistic care of some teachers,uneven teaching ability of teachers,and peer factors and other factors.Finally,according to the results of the survey and the collation and induction of in-depth interviews,suggestions are put forward from four aspects: individual,school,teacher and platform.Personal suggestions: enhance self-learning motivation,improve self-control,improve evaluation and feedback mechanism;Suggestions about the school: improve the construction of campus resources,improve the training system and content,promote curriculum innovation;Suggestions for teachers: detailed guidance of scientific research study,encourage students to study independently,create interactive classroom;Advice on platforms: Create platforms that meet learning needs.
