Research On The Optimization Path Of The City Study Operation In Y City From The Perspective Of Public Cultural Service Supply

With the rapid development of economy,politics,society and culture are constantly developing,and people’s demand for public culture is increasing with the improvement of material conditions.However,the imbalance between the development of public cultural services and people’s growing cultural demand is increasingly prominent.Through the implementation of the city study policy,Y city can meet the diversified cultural needs of the masses,protect the citizens’right to obtain cultural information,enable the masses to enjoy convenient public cultural services,promote the equal development of public cultural services,and promote the accurate supply of public cultural services.The research theme of this paper,Research on the Optimization Path of the City Study Operation in Y City from the Perspective of Public Cultural Service Supply,is a realistic proposition.As a theoretical research,we must adhere to the combination of normative research and empirical analysis in the use of research methods.It is worth emphasizing that any normative analysis is based on empirical research.Therefore,this study will take the city study as a case study,using the method of questionnaire and interview,collect the factual materials of the problems in the operation process of the city study in Y City,solicit the opinions and suggestions of all parties on the development of public cultural services,summarize the lack of the city study’s public cultural services in Y City through the analysis of the actual situation,and organically combine the scientific research with theoretical analysis.This paper will find out the theoretical and practical basis of the city study from a large number of full and accurate data at home and abroad through literature research method,on which basis,explore the effective path to improve the service quality of the city study.Through the implementation of the questionnaire,this paper finds that there are some problems in the development process of the city study,such as unreasonable construction site,resources supply is not in line with the reality,lack of service awareness of staff,lack of supervision and incentive mechanism,which hinder the healthy development of the city study.Therefore,it is urgent to find solutions to improve public cultural services.In the period of China’s social transformation,the problem of social governance has become increasingly prominent.The government is no longer the only provider of public cultural services,and the market and society have gradually developed into the indispensable subject of social governance.The main body of social governance is pluralistic,including not only the government which has been playing a leading role in social management,but also social non-profit organizations,market-oriented organizations,civil society and so on.Therefore,starting from the connotation of public governance,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the supply of public cultural services from multiple perspectives,including improving the relevant policy mechanism,enhancing the function of public cultural commons,improving the development quality of social organizations,increasing the input of volunteers within enterprises,and cultivating the awareness of public democracy.
