Culture carries the spiritual lifeline of a country and a nation,and the supply of urban public cultural services is closely linked with the spiritual and cultural life of the masses,which is an important part of China’s efforts to build a strong socialist culture.The law of the People’s Republic of China on the national economic and social development of 14five-year plan and 2035 vision program aimed at meeting the needs of the growing spiritual and cultural life,stand in promoting the strategic height of the construction of the power of socialist culture,clearly put forward "raising the level of public cultural services",It has made a series of major plans and strategic arrangements,fully demonstrating the great importance the whole Party attaches to the construction of public cultural services.Wuhai city is a emerging industrial city in the west of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,and further develop mass cultural activities in recent years,constantly improve the culture construction,to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses,let people feel the warmth of culture and benefit the people,However,there is still a certain gap from the development goals pointed out in the "14th Five-Year plan" for the construction of public Cultural Service System.In this context,it is of great significance to study the supply of public cultural services in Wuhai city.Based on public product theory,new public service theory and multi-center governance theory,this study uses literature research method,empirical research method and statistical analysis method to conduct in-depth and systematic research on the supply of public cultural service in Wuhai city.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part:the these summarized the research background and research significance,combing the domestic and foreign related research situation of the supply of public cultural services,integrated many scholars about the supply of public cultural services research direction and point of view,this these introduces the research content of this article and use of research methods,and points out in this these,the innovations and deficiencies;The second part:expounds the relevant concepts of public cultural service supply and the theoretical basis of this these;The third part: through field visits and data search to understand the current supply situation of public cultural infrastructure construction and public cultural activities in Wuhai city,through the random distribution of a large number of questionnaires in Wuhai city and sorting out statistics,to systematically understand the public’s participation in and demand for public cultural services;The fourth part: in wuhai city based on the present situation of supply of public cultural services,through the analysis of questionnaire results and interviews,found that wuhai city of public cultural services supply cultural facilities construction deficiencies,low precision supply capacity is not high,the public participation and supply main body of a single four aspects of the problem,and the causes of the problems are analyzed;The fifth part: put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for improving and strengthening the supply of public cultural services in Wuhai city,including improving the financial investment mechanism,developing the precise supply model,improving the public participation mechanism and promoting the diversification of supply subjects.
