Research On The Optimization Of Urban Public Cultural Service Supply In Linyi City

A city breeds the culture of a region,and a culture nourishes the people in this city.The provision of urban public cultural services is to allow high-quality culture to benefit the people,to promote and inherit local characteristic culture,to satisfy the spiritual and cultural life of the people,and to build the overall cultural value and culture of a city through continuous supply and feedback confidence.Linyi has a profound history of calligraphy,military science,and red culture,and has unique advantages in the provision of public cultural services.In order to further improve the public cultural service level of Linyi City,the author obtained a large amount of first-hand materials through forums and other methods,grasped the current supply situation and tried to find an optimized path from it.Specifically,this research follows the following ideas: Chapter 1 summarizes the research background of the thesis,research status at home and abroad,core concepts and related theories,as well as research ideas and methods;Chapter 2 deals with three dimensions of supply subject,content and method.The overall supply status of Linyi’s public culture has been sorted out.In the field survey,through the analysis and comparison of a large number of interview records and questionnaire data,Chapter 3 finds that Linyi ’s public cultural service government investment is insufficient,the marketization process is slow,and the urban and rural development is poor.Balance,response to public demands are not in place,etc.;Chapter 4 analyzes the deeper "supply mode lag" "supply structure imbalance" "supply mechanism" behind the theoretical background of public products,multi-center governance and new public management.There are three reasons for the sluggishness;Chapter 5 returns to the level as it should be,thinking about and proposing feasible measures to optimize Linyi ’ s public cultural services.Public cultural service is a city’s performance of public cultural responsibilities,and it is a city’s protection and inheritance of a party’s culture.By providing high-quality public cultural services,the people of this city are guided by the corresponding cultural values,thus bringing together the cohesion and competitiveness of the entire city.This is the source of urban cultural confidence and the deepest cultural confidence of people living in this city.
