Research On New Human Enhanced Technology Risk From The Perspective Of Risk Society

Science and technology have offered abundant material achievements to human beings,and the advent of new human enhanced technology promotes people to be full of fair expectations for the promising future.However,everything has the contradiction with one body and two sides,including the new human enhanced technology which may bring many benefits to people’s life extension and intelligence enhancement,as well as the risk of life meaning confusion and social value anomie.Nowadays,the relevant constraint mechanism of emerging human enhancement technology is still not mature,having large loopholes.It is urgent to effectively regulate and reasonably guide its development,and it is also necessary for the academic community to conduct profound research on the ethical issues and governance measures of emerging human enhancement technology.This paper expounds the risk of the new human enhanced technology from four perspectives of risk society research,new enhanced technology risk,cause analysis and solutions.The second chapter introduces the difference between the new enhanced technology and the traditional enhanced technology,absorbs the risk society thought of Giddens,Baker and other famous sociologists,analyzing the concept of risk and risk society.In the third chapter,the paper discusses the specific risks that new human enhanced technology may bring from the aspects of human integrity,human dignity,human autonomy,social equity,social bottom line and social stability.In the fourth chapter,the author gives a detailed analysis of the causes of new human enhanced technology risk from the aspects of the legal and regulatory system,the uncertainty of science and technology,the idea of anthropocentrism and the weak sense of technological ethics.The fifth chapter of the paper gives the corresponding suggestions on the governance measures of the new human enhanced technology from the aspects of strengthening the system construction,improving the ideological understanding,reasonable research,development and use of technology.For the new human enhanced technology related to the future of human beings,we should not only affirm the scientific exploration and technological development,but also supplement them with necessary ethics and legal norms,so as to avoid the derailment of human enhanced technology in the direction of leading human beings,ensuring the healthy development of human enhanced technology in a controllable and ethical direction.
