Research On The System Of Modern Technology Ethical Risk

The rapid science and technology development these days has accelerated theprocess of social development, but in turn it has also raised people’s threat facingtechnology ethics risks. The risks of technology ethics was the result of the expansionof technical rationality, technology subject has over socialized the technology, whichleads to its breakage with rational value. The negative effect caused by the ethic risksof modern technology has deeply threatened the development of human beings aswell as harmonious and stability of the whole society. The characteristic oftechnology ethics, the limitation of technology liability subject and the mandatory ofmaking relevant rules has defined that technology ethic has to be prevented throughrules and regulations. Based on the lack of discussion on the risks caused bytechnology ethics, it is necessary to prevent the damage of technology ethics in asystematic view so as to realize the healthy development of science and technology.This paper, using a boarder view of systematic restrictions to discuss the moderntechnology ethics, so as to realize the comprehensive study on modern technologyethics prevention system. First, through analyzing the background of moderntechnology ethics and system, to futher understand that the development of scienceand technology must be lead by relevant ethics. And from highlighting of the moderntechnology ethics risk issues, the system is the inevitable choice of moderntechnology ethics risk prevention and the embodiment of the modern technologyethics risk prevention system, the above three aspects should be taken intoconsideration when discussing the effects of system on preventing technology ethicsrisk. Second, through the system analysis method, in view of the modern technologyethical orientation and absence of risk prevention system selection were discussed, tomake system construction a theoretical necessity. At the same time, futher explain therole and benefit of modern technology ethics risk system, which prevent and avoidthe risk of a modern technology ethics from the source. Finally, to eliminate themodern technology ethics risk, we should put forward the modern technology ethicsprinciple of risk prevention system, that is: the principle of good faith, peace, moralprinciple, value coordination principle and the principle of fair share. At the same time, we should build the modern technology practice ethical risk preventionsystem,which includes: Establishing an effective risk assessment system; Improvingthe system of government regulation; Setting up the system of public participation;Improving the system of laws and regulations, etc. Formulating a scientific andreasonable system of modern technology ethics risk, is to effective control problemsand contradictions of science and technology in a systematic way.
