| As the shifts of China’s economic development mode from extensive growth focusing on scale and speed to intensive growth focusing on quality and efficiency,coupled with the implementation of favorable policies such as "one belt and one road","mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and "Internet+",new requirements have been put forward for cultural industrial parks.Cultural industrial parks integrate economic transformation,urban transformation and cultural governance to form a social phenomenon based on the agglomeration of cultural industries and with the appeal of developing the culture and people’s livelihood.In the new era,the construction of cultural industrial parks in China should shift from a single artistic or economic appeal to a combination with the current social and human life appeal.However,this is not consistent with the current development of China’s cultural industrial parks,and it is urgent to find a suitable development path for China’s cultural industrial parks in the new era.The scene theory is a theoretical paradigm proposed by Chicago School in recent years to explain the economic,social and cultural phenomena in the post-industrial period from the perspectives of culture,consumption and spatial integration.As a "new industrial space",cultural industrial parks is essentially an industrial cluster taking culture as its source and transforming culture into higher productivity.The two have many things in common.The development of cultural industrial parks in China has made great achievements,which can be seen from its quantity and regional distribution.However,through the comparison of objective data,it can be concluded that the mismatch between the quantity growth of cultural industrial parks in China and the growth rate of economic benefits at the present stage,as well as the mismatch between the supply of cultural products and the personalized needs of the people.They all indicate that there are certain defects in the current development mode of cultural industrial parks with a single goal.This paper attempts to construct the logical framework of the scene theory and the transformation and upgrading of cultural industrial parks,so as to find a way to solve the problem for China’s cultural industrial parks.This article from the new era demands as well as the inherent logic of culture industry park transformation and the scene theory fit to explain the applicability of the scene theory,put forward into the post-industrial society,the healthy development of cultural industry park should be a cultural scene conforming to the new culture consumption orientation,and maximize the scene value of spillover.It will lead a new and better quality life style and promote the transformation and renewal of the city from a fiunctional city to a cultural city.In short,Promoting the transformation from spatial aggregation of cultural industrial parks to value aggregation is a new trend of the integration of cultural industrial parks with urban and regional development,as well as an important direction of future cultural industry agglomeration development.Next,this paper analyzes the construction process and characteristics of cultural industrial parks as cultural scenes from three aspects:construction premise,construction process and feature analysis.This paper draws lessons from the three dimensions of scenes,and discusses in detail the problems existing in the scene construction of cultural industrial parks in China from the three aspects of lack of authenticity,cluster quality and cultural identity.In order to more intuitive interpretation of cultural industry parks scene experience and problems in building,the paper choose 798 art district as a case,review and comb on its development in detail,through qualitative and quantitative method,from two aspects of subjective and objective view constitute an in-depth analysis of the 798 art zone,and summarizes the experience in the process of 798 in the scene.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis above,this paper experimentally propose the China’s cultural development mode based on scene theory:participatory development mode based on emotional experience,industry-city integration development mode based on cultural positioning,virtual scene development mode based on brand innovation,and puts forward corresponding construction strategies.This mode further changes the current situation that China’s cultural industrial parks attach too much importance to economic value,and become a value complex with cultural value,social value and economic value.The ultimate goal of the three modes is to cultivate new cultural formats and cultural consumption patterns,lead a brand new and beautiful quality life style,realize the consistent emotional identity in the region,maximize the economic value,optimize the social value,and brand the cultural value. |
