To See The Development Of Cultural Industrial Parks In Wuhan With The Study Of Chu Han Street

The development level of cultural industry is an important embodiment of social material civilization and spiritual civilization, and it is also an important symbol of national quality and social progress. Since 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in response to the vigorously promote the development of cultural industry, local governments implied various preferential policies to support and encourage it, Cultural Industry Parks have sprung up like arises at the historic moment. On the one hand, Cultural Industry Parks become the important development object of local governments planning. On the other hand, it has also become one of the hot issues of academic research. As a kind of new form of the cultural industry, the cluster development of Cultural Industry Parks needs not only the government effective support, but also to follow the law of industry development. In this case, Cultural Industry Parks can expand scale, enhance strength and thus promote the region industrial structure optimization and upgrading, advance good and fast development of regional economy. Therefore, they have very important practical significance that the analysis of the development of Cultural Industry Parks in Hubei Province and the investigation of its development strategy to promote regional economic development and improve people’s cultural and living standards.In the background of the current national policy which vigorously develops the cultural industry and protects cultural resources, this paper takes the Chu Han Street, in Wuhan City of Hubei Province, as the research object. With the help of the GEM model analysis method, we build the evaluation system. After investigated the Chu Han Street’s culture resource advantage, regional characteristics, market prospects, government policy support and other aspects, we studied its meaning and value to the development of cultural community of Wuhan City. Then we analyzed and summarized the existing problems in the development of Chu Han Street. Furthermore, we studied the present situations and existing problems of Cultural Industry Parks in Wuhan. Based on these problems, by drawing on the experience of development patterns of the domestic and international Cultural Industry Parks, this paper put forward the following suggestions: play the supporting role of the government, improve relevant rules and regulations, establish a diversified investment and financing channels, cultivate a good market environment, cultivate innovative talents, achieve the integration of culture and technology, explore optimization path of the development characteristics and culture of Wuhan aggregation according to local conditions, find a reasonable way to develop the regional economy and the organization structure, adapt to the demand of cultural globalization and contemporary cultural consumption and make full use of the advantages of cultural resources to develop the Cultural Industry Parks.
