Tea culture is an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture,a bright pearl in the history of Chinese culture.One cup of tea has carried Chinese rich cultural heritage for thousands of years,reflecting diverse dietary habits and colorful culture of all ethnic groups,embodying the noble personality pursuit of celebrities and scholars as well as their feelings for homeland,leading the tea drinking fashion in many countries around the world.With the continuous development of TCSL and the deepening of Chinese language learning,learners are increasingly interested in learning Chinese culture,which puts forward higher requirements for the diversity and uniqueness of cultural teaching.Yunnan is China’s gateway to Southeast Asia.Every year,a large number of international students come to China to learn Chinese;furthermore,Yunnan is the starting point of the Yunnan-Tibet line of the "Tea Horse Road",which has profound historical origins with tea culture.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out tea culture teaching in Yunnan’s TCSL,which can not only enrich the TCSL in Yunnan and meet the learning needs of Chinese learners for Chinese characteristics culture,but also coincides with President Xi Jinping’s "One Belt and One Road" initiative.However,there was a lack of attention to tea culture teaching and research on how to carry out tea culture courses in TCSL,especially in Yunnan.Therefore,based on previous studies,the author will conduct a more in-depth study of tea culture teaching in TCSL,hoping to provide some references and ideas for the development of tea culture teaching in Yunnan,and to contribute to the spread and promotion of Chinese tea culture.According to teaching practice,this article takes international students from Yuxi Normal University as research objects,and studies the application of tea culture teaching to foreign students of different Chinese levels,as well as the overall design of tea culture teaching,the selection and application of pedagogy and strategies.The article is made up of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,purpose and significance,ideas and methods,and summarizes the current research status.The second part makes statistics and analysis on the results of the questionnaire survey on the knowledge of tea culture.In the third part,based on the results of the survey,is the teaching design of tea culture,including teaching objects,objectives,principles,methods and overall arrangement of teaching.The fourth part is the specific case of the teaching design examples and teaching evaluation.The last part is the conclusion of whole article. |
