A Study On The Phenomenon Of Judging Ugliness In "Bad" Paintings

The birth of bad painting led to the return of Western figurative painting in1980 s.This paper takes the phenomenon of bad painting’s appreciation of ugliness as the research object,infers its origin and influence on creation,and analyzes the performance of its appreciation of ugliness in the works.This paper mainly discusses the research on the phenomenon of bad painting judging ugliness from five aspects.Firstly,combining the birth background and declaration of bad painting,it explores the causes of the thinking of bad painting judging ugliness;secondly,it analyzes the performance of bad painting judging ugliness from three aspects: the thinking of judging ugliness,the theme of judging ugliness and the effect of the picture;thirdly,through a large number of exhibition works,combined with Jung psychology about unintentionalness The related theory of knowledge excavates the characteristics of the phenomenon of bad painting judging ugliness;from time to time,through bad painting case analysis,the spiritual connotation of the phenomenon of bad painting judging ugliness is intended to subvert the trend and return to the true;finally,combined with the phenomenon of bad painting in Chinese Contemporary Art in recent years,the connotation of bad painting judging ugliness in the meta context is analyzed,so as to expand the development of Chinese contemporary art.
