| Tablets of Cuan Baozi,Cuan Longyan and Xiang Guang are inscriptions of Cuan family during Wei Jin period.From the late Qing Dynasty,many scholars and calligraphers wrote prefaces and postscripts for Tablets of Cuan Baozi and Cuan Longyan,and imitated their styles.Then,Cuan Tablets are famous both at home and abroad.Studies on Cuan Tablets focus on history,calligraphy,epigraphy,etc.This text studies the variant characters of Cuan Inscriptions from the perspective of philology,calligraphy and culture to show different perspectives of variant characters used inscriptions in Nan Zhong District during Wei Jin period.In the text,there’re some explanations of Cuan Inscriptions throug the collection and analysis of reference materials.Based on the units of Chinese characters’ formation-strokes and components,the variant characters of Cuan Inscriptions are classified.The text gives an analysis about the causes of the variant characters,refers to Shuo Wen and Yu Pian,under the background of Chinese characters’ development.By the study of the variant characters of Cuan Inscriptions,some cultural phenomenon are showed to enrich cultural studies in Nan Zhong District during Wei Jin period. |
