| With the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry,folk culture tourism has develop rapidly.An increasingly tourists prefer to go to a minority ethnic group tourist attraction which has the rich folk culture.For those minority ethnic group attractions,they not only should effectively protect and rationally exploit folk culture,but also should satisfy the customers’ different needs.To accomplish this target,finding a approach to make sure the minority ethnic group attraction sustainable development become more significant.This thesis choose the Binglanggu,which is a Li minority tourist attraction on Hainan island,as the example of case.In the beginning,researching the background of relative academic accomplishments,including the integration of culture and tourism industry,folklore culture tourism and sustainable development,the major research task is to evaluate tourist attraction’s problems and find a way to realize sustainable development.Next,this thesis summarizes the two major folk village developmental patterns that are lead developer model and aggregation path model.Based on Chinese cillages,like Xijiang Qianhu Miao minority villages and Taiwan minority villages,and overseas villages in Spain and Hawaii,successful practice can be conclude that the balance of stakeholders,reinforce industrial cooperation,the standard the government’s management and deep ploughing folk culture.Based on the current situation of Binglanggu,the folk culture resources are reappraise that are traditional spirit culture,oriental clothes dress culture,traditional agriculture tradition,traditional handicraft culture and traditional tattoo culture to see whether it made sound economic sense.According the assessment criteria of sustainable development,using the four factors,which are folk culture,community participation,intergenerational equality and tourists visit,to assess the Binglanggu development.It finds that most folk culture has been exploited but the actual result is not ideal and most citizens participant the construction of Binglanggu,which means they lose the independent ability if it faces unpredictable risk in future development.Intangible cultural heritage,like traditional Li brocate clothes,faces the difficulties to inherit.Commercial atmosphere coming from the tourism development lead to cultural distortion inevitably.The figure of tourists arrivals has a decrease trend in recent years.Above all the analysis,Binglanggu faces a series of challenges included the competition from the surrounding attractions and the lack of talent and industry chain.Under this current situation,the form of tourist’s products lack of innovationand sense of contemparaneity,the development of culture and tourism slow and the integration of culture and tourism industry can not be effective.In order to achieve the Binglanggu sustainable development,exploring the access to tap resources of folk culture and turning it into the cultural and creative tourism product,improving community participation,strengthen government regulation,and extending tourism industry chain can lay solid foundation for the future prosperity of Binglanggu. |
