In the 21st century,with the rapid development of knowledge and economy,human beings have entered the information age.As a teaching method adapted to the current trend of the times,multimedia has rich forms of expression and good interactivity,which is being valued by people in this currently age.Flipping classroom is opposite of the traditional teaching method of"having classes in the classroom during the day and students going home at night to do homework".Flipped classroom is not only different from traditional teaching methods in teaching concept,teaching form,teaching means and methods,but also its teaching effect is often amazing.Since 2011,the "flipped classroom" has been gradually introduced by China’s education sector,and then spread rapidly.Flipping classroom as a typical model of multimedia teaching has been adopted by more and more schools and social training institutions in recent years.This paper cuts into the problem of teaching methods and methods of innovation,in social music training institutions,meanwhile studies the specific application of flipping classroom in social music training institutions.This paper studies the specific application of flipping classroom in social music training institutions.Based on the analysis of the generation,development and theoretical support of flipped classroom,the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of flipped classroom in social music training institutions in terms of the background of the times,education concept and education environment This paper expounds the operation method of flipping classroom in social music training institutions,from three aspects of teaching preparation,teaching process and teaching evaluation,and takes zhongzheng culture Guzheng teaching as the object to carry out the practical operation of flipped classroom teaching by adopting investigation and comparative research methods,and exhibit the advantages of flipping classroom by comparing the difference between traditional teaching methods and flipping classroom in teaching efficiency and results.Meanwhile,from five aspects of flipped classroom teaching video,teaching environment,evaluation system,teachers and students,this paper puts forward problems and solutions in practical operation,optimizes the application of flipped classroom in social music training,improves the teaching efficiency and quality of social music training,This paper attempts to make flipped classroom better integrate into the field of social music training,and get a wide range of applications to promote the development of education modernization. |
