Research On Credit Index System Of Dancessport Event Organizer

China’s trade associations and Chambers of commerce credit system construction started late,lack of experience,a variety of associations and Chambers of commerce and other reasons,resulting in China’s association and chamber of commerce credit system construction difficulties,need to be improved.In 2014,the state council issued the social credit system construction document,sports credit construction is not only the national credit construction but also an important guarantee for the construction of sports industry.In response to the national policy,the general administration of sport of China issued relevant credit construction documents,requiring the formulation of specific measures for the construction of sports credit system,strengthening the supervision of sports events,enhancing the credit awareness of sports practitioners,and ensuring the sound development of the sports industry.Dancesport is the 74 th sports event in China.With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the national fitness awareness is constantly strengthened.Dancesport competitions of different scales emerge one after another nationwide and locally.The marketization development of dancesport events has caused many credit problems and affected the long-term healthy development of dancesport events.The establishment of the credit system of sports dance competition is an important guarantee for the competition,and is also a necessary theoretical basis for the organizer to win the trust of sports dance practitioners or fans and improve social credibility.As an important subject of the competition,it is particularly important for the organizer to construct its credit evaluation system.Through the method of literature,this study screened and summarized the related materials such as the credit of sports events and dancesport events,and the credit evaluation of the first-class enterprises in the credit construction and management of trade associations.Study sports statistics and other related books to provide reference for the establishment of methods;Visit the two official websites of Chinese dancesport events,summarize the nature and basic information of the organizers of dancesport events;Through the interviews with experts related to sports management,sports economy and industry and dancesport events,the author establishes the ideas,framework and screening credit indicators of the paper.Through the expert questionnaire,the frame model of the credit index system of dancesport event organizer was constructed.Confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify and optimize the model.Conclusions are obtained:(1)Through the model construction and fitting degree optimization index system framework model,finally obtains the dancesport event organizer’s credit index system consisting of 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 49third-level indicators.(2)The contribution value of indicators determined by confirmatory factor analysis is as follows: in the basic situation of the undertaker of sports dance events,the financial situation of the undertaker and the basic quality factor of personnel have a high load;In the business status of event hosting,the event hosting status and the event service status factor load is high;In the credit information record status of the event organizers,the factors such as the record of undertaking the event breach and the record of event information management and disclosure have a high load;In terms of social credibility,the social recognition of the event organizer and the factor load of the event media supervision are relatively high.(3)We will improve the operation mechanism of dancesport event organizers.The sports dance event host in order to have a certain economic strength as the foundation,to master sports dance competition of business staff basic quality as a fundamental,realize the sports dance event information into the open,expand the popularity of sports dance event host and industry influence,thus to establish a good image of sports dance event host,promote the healthy development of sports dance competition.recommendations are obtained:(1)To introduce the construction of the organizer’s credit system into the construction of the credit system of dancesport events,improve the credit system of dancesport events,and ensure the long-term and sound development of dancesport events.(2)According to the actual situation of the organizers of dancesport events and the continuous development of the events,constantly improve and refine the evaluation indicators to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the indicators.(3)By referring to the credit evaluation index of dancesport event organizer obtained in this study,and according to the actual situation of dancesport event organizer,specific rules of credit evaluation of dancesport event organizer shall be formulated to evaluate the credit status of the organizer;The assessment rules can be based on the contribution rate of the important indicators obtained in this study to set the proportion of the assessment score.
