The Study On The Employment Effects Of Creative Industry

Employment is the livelihood of the people,and it is also a strategy to strengthen a country.Employment security is the security towards survival,it is also an important condition to protect and improve living standards.Under the marketization in China,employment problem is becoming a serious social issue that the Chinese government must address.With the increasingly fierce international competition,the trend of globalization continues to increase,the wave of creative world economy is booming.The Creative Industry is a new type of industry that has emerged at the end of the 20 th century,its contribution towards employment growth is ever more obvious,and its social effects have attracted attention from various fields.In this study,we take Shanghai Huangpu District as an example to examine the effects and problems of employment in Creative Industry.We propose measures and suggestions to promote employment in Creative Industry,and provide the basis for it to promote employment.This paper analyzes the connotation and definition of the Creative Industry,and the concept and the influencing factors of Employment.Then we analyze the development and employment situation of the Creative Industry in Shanghai Huangpu District.Through analysis of the employment capacity,elasticity,and growth,we quantitatively analyze the employment effects and its problems of the Creative Industry in the Huangpu District.This study found that the Creative Industry in the Huangpu District has a significant role in promoting employment.It has a strong ability to absorb labor,and it will greatly promote the development of employment.But its current employment capacity has not yet been fully utilized,and been impacted greatly by the external environment,and also the unit economy growth led to a relative lack of employment growth.We also compare and study the employment effects and experience of the Creative Industry both domestic and abroad.According to the above analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions for Huangpu District to promote employment in the Creative Industry.To summarize,this article studies the employment effects of the Creative Industry that promotes social employment,ease social contradictions,etc.Providing important practical significance,this article suggests novel methods to solve social employment problems.
