This study used the method of random sampling, a random sample of Nanchangarea colleges and universities school of500students as research samples, using aquestionnaire survey and statistical method research of College Students’ employmentpressure, coping style and anxiety of employment relationship, to slow down thecollege students’ employment pressure and Employment anxiety levels provide a basisof theory and practice. The results show that:(1) the job stress questionnaire, employment, Employment anxiety coping stylequestionnaire, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, these tools can beapplied to the relative research in the future.(2) college students’ Employment Anxiety Scale showed significant familycondition difference, family condition is poor employment anxiety are significantlylarger than the family condition medium and good employment anxiety.(3) college students’ employment pressure scale and Employment Anxiety Scaledemonstrated significant grade difference. The College of graduate students’employment pressure is significantly greater than that in non graduating employmentpressure. The College Graduate Employment anxiety are significantly larger than themaster graduate employment anxiety.(4) employment pressure of college students and Employment anxiety correlatedsignificantly (P <0.01), and the pressure of employment and Employment anxietyamong the factors significantly related (P <0.01).(5) college students’ employment pressure and negative coping style hadsignificant positive correlation (P <0.01). College Students’ employment pressureand positive coping style had significant negative correlation (P <0.05).(6) in the face of employment of college students take negative coping style andEmployment anxiety correlated significantly (P <0.01), positive coping style andEmployment anxiety was negatively correlated (P <0.01).(7) college student employment pressure on Employment anxiety effects includedirect and indirect action, employment coping style in college students’ employmentpressure and Employment anxiety played an intermediary role.To sum up, for college students, the pressure of employment and Employmentanxiety has existed in its entire university study. Employment pressure directly affects the employment level of anxiety, in addition, also by coping style of the intermediaryvariables indirectly influence the degree of anxiety. This stress process, more andmore high employment pressure the more easily lead to college students’ negativecoping style, negative coping style is further aggravate anxiety large generation.When the employment pressure is reduced, students tend to adopt positive copingstyle, active coping style further ease anxiety. Therefore, to effectively solve theemployment pressure of college students and brings about anxiety and other negativeemotions, we must guide students’ cognition, the employment pressure in the face ofguide its adopt more active coping style, anxiety and other negative emotions topromote mitigation.
