The "Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline" points out that it is necessary to promote the construction of a healthy China and improve the health level of the people.It focuses on solving the health problems of women,children,disabled people and other special groups.Among them,children with special needs are an important group that needs to be paid attention to in building a healthy China.The healthy development of children with special needs is an important part of achieving the goal of a healthy China.At the same time,the improvement of physical fitness is an effective means to promote healthy development.Using the method of literature materials,expert interviews,case studies,experiments,scale research and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the effect of rhythmic gymnastics on the physical quality of children with special needs as the research object.Two 7-8-year-old special children(one autistic child and one Down syndrome child)were selected for 12-week rhythmic gymnastics training,which confirmed that 12-week rhythmic gymnastics training can improve the physical quality of special children.The following conclusions are drawn:1、After 12 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics training,the sensitivity,balance,flexibility,and lower limb strength and endurance of special children can be improved.2、After 12 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics training,the sensory integration ability of special children can be improved,so rhythmic gymnastics can be used as an effective means to intervene in sensory integration disorders in special children.3、The use of children’s favorite songs in rhythmic gymnastics training can arouse the enthusiasm of children with special needs to learn. |
