Objective: From the beginning of the 21 st century,with the development of my country’s economy,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has now become one of the fastest-growing high-tech industries in my country.However,the international competitiveness has not been significantly improved with the expansion of scale.Compared with the manufacturing industry,there is a big gap.With the deepening of global drug research,more active compounds have been discovered,and research on drug targets has become more and more clear.The generic drug market has become more prosperous and the world has begun to pay more and more attention to the research and development of new drugs.But at the same time,the difficulty of new drug research and development is gradually increasing,and the proportion of government and enterprise investment in new drug innovation is also getting heavier.How to increase the R&D input and output of my country’s new drugs,how to determine the choice of new drugs,how to increase the success rate of new drug R&D,transform my country from a major producer to a new drug innovation power,and improve the growth model of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry have become the focus of my country’s new drug R&D in the future Key issues.Therefore,studying the factors affecting the development and output of new drugs in my country is of great significance to the future of my country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Method: This article summarizes the current development status of foreign and domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing industries,analyzes the gap between my country and foreign pharmaceutical R&D development levels,uses literature and theories to analyze and study the influencing factors of my country’s new drug R&D output,and conducts in-depth research on various factors.The degree of impact on my country’s new drug R&D output.In order to understand my country’s new drug R&D investment in detail,this paper uses the entropy method to establish a data model and uses the analysis of the relationship between my country’s pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry’s new drug R&D investment and industrial growth from 2001 to 2018.Results:From 2001 to 2018,the innovation input capacity,innovation output capacity and comprehensive innovation capacity of my country’s pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry are all in a wave-like upward trend.The annual average labor input capacity included in the innovation input capacity is only 0.05,ranking at the bottom.Stable and not high.The Chinese government and enterprises have invested heavily in new drug research and development.Although labor input has increased year by year,the overall investment capacity is far from sufficient.From 2001 to 2018,my country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has the lowest value among all indicators in its innovation and transformation capacity,and its growth rate is basically the fastest,with large fluctuations.It is the most important factor affecting the improvement of my country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry’s innovation capacity,and it is also the cause of innovation in production.It is an important reason for the delay in production capacity and comprehensive innovation capacity.Conclusions: It shows that the effective investment of R&D personnel with investment ability is affected by factors such as salary and academic qualifications in the construction of talents in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in my country.Increasing the talent reserve capacity of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and increasing the salary of R&D personnel are beneficial to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.The output of innovation ability.The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a high-tech industry.Technicians engaged in new drug research and development usually have high professional quality and skills,and can transform their knowledge into productivity,thereby improving the ability of innovation output,and also driving the creative efficiency of other workers.And extend knowledge and technology to improve the output of the entire new drug innovation research and improvement measures based on the conclusions of empirical research and the current problems of R&D investment in my country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and puts forward its own opinions on how to rationalize the allocation of R&D input resources in my country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the future.
