Research On The Influencing Factors And Paths Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Innovation Based On Sructural Equation Model

The national economic development model is shifting to a high-quality development model,and innovation-driven development is still the only way for the development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has made great contributions to human health and economic benefits.Although the innovation capacity of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has been improved,there is still a certain gap compared with developed pharmaceutical countries.There are still many problems that restrict the further development of innovation.In order to further enhance the innovation capability of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,this article combs the research related to Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing innovation,analyzes the development status in recent years,and explores factors from the internal and external environments with space,innovation factor input,scientific and technological foundation,and social environment.From the perspective of external economic environment,different levels of indicators are selected to explore the influence mechanism and action path.Constructing the innovation influence system of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry based on theoretical basis,using literature research methods,Exploratory data analysis methods,and Structural Equation Modeling methods to empirically verify the innovation system and research hypotheses constructed in this article,calculating the impact of various latent variables and observed variables Coefficient and path channel.The empirical results show that:(1)Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry shows a positive correlation in the space of innovation,and this spatial correlation gradually strengthens over time;(2)From the perspective of path relationship,innovation factor input promotes innovation capability through direct path,with a path coefficient of 1.109;science and technology foundation affects innovation capability through two indirect paths,direct and through innovation element input,with a total path coefficient of 0.714;social environment through directly,through the innovation factor input,the external economic environment,and the scientific and technological foundation four indirect paths affect the innovation capability,which the total path coefficient is-0.192;the external economic environment affects the innovation capability through the direct and indirect two paths through the innovation factor input,the total path coefficient is 0.265;(3)From the perspective of the impact of observed variables on potential variables,the impact of new product R&D investment,R&D personnel and R&D personnel on the input of innovation elements decreases successively;the number of full-time teachers in colleges,the number of pharmaceutical enterprises,the number of college graduates,and the investment of enterprise R&D on the basis of science and technology decreased successively.The impact of per capita social sales,per capita GDP,Internet penetration rate and traffic density on the social environment decreased in turn,and the economic index showed a stronger impact.Total amount of foreign investment,foreign registered capital,number of foreign enterprises and degree of openness to the outside world have a weaker effect on FDI introduction.In summary,the innovation of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry presents a positive spatial correlation.This spatial dependence is not randomly distributed.It presents the form of H-H,L-L and H-L;the input of innovative elements and scientific and technological foundation are conducive to promoting the improvement of innovation ability of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry;the comprehensive influence path of the external economic environment has relatively weak contribution to the innovation ability;and the social environment weakens the influence of the input of innovation factors,the scientific and technological foundation,and the external economic environment on the innovation ability.All in all,the improvement of industry innovation ability ultimately depends on the synergy of various factors.While formulating policies,it is necessary to make full use of the effects of various influencing factors,fully increase the input of innovative elements,strengthen the scientific and technological foundation,rationally use the external economic environment,and strengthen the construction of the social environment in underdeveloped areas,so as to improve the innovation environment and enhance Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry innovation ability.
