ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Chuankezhi combined with Western medicine in the treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency),and to provide adjuvant treatment for clinical.MethodsSixty children with mycoplasmal pneumonia who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to the parents'wishes.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral azithromycin alone.The treatment group was treated with oral azithromycin combined with asthmatic acupoint injection.Both groups were treated for two courses.The situation of the main symptoms,secondary symptoms improvement and total efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results1.The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 86.7%.Compared with the total therapeutic effect of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.In terms of improving the main symptoms,the difference between the two groups in improving cough and lung auscultation was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in cough and lung auscultation.In the improvement of cough,there was no significant,difference between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups were equally effective.3.In the improvement of secondary symptoms,the difference between the two groups in the improvement of spontaneous sweating,complexion,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group in the improvement of spontaneous sweating,complexion treatment effect is better than the control group.In terms of improving appetite,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving appetite.There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the fatigue and stool(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups were equally effective.4.After treatment,the average disappearance time of cough in the treatment group was 9.833 days,and that in the control group was 13.233 days.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the combination of Chuankezhi injection and western medicine is better than western medicine alone.ConclusionCompared with oral azithromycin alone,azithromycin combined with acupoint injection of Chuanke treats children with mycoplasmal pneumonia(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency),which is more effective in improving cough,lung auscultation,spontaneous sweating,complexion and appetite,and can effectively shorten the course of cough,and is worthy of popularization and application.
