Bibliometric Analysis Of Medication Regularity Of Ancient And Modern Treatment For Fulminant Wind-heat Invasion

Objective : Based on the prescription of ancient and modern doctors in the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion,this paper uses the method of literature metrology to explore the research characteristics of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion,systematically collects the theory of syndrome treatment and medication rules of ancient and modern Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,and tries to find out the commonness and difference of ancient and modern doctors’ understanding of this disease and medication,so as to provide theoretical basis and medication reference for the better application of Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion.Methods : 1.Through searching the electronic database of "Chinese Medical Book",78 prescriptions for the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion were collected from the classical medical works of the past dynasties and 117 prescriptions for the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion were consulted in the China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Medical Database and VIP Journal Database.2.Data entry using Microsoft office Excel 2010,after screening using the "ancient and modern basis cloud platform" analysis module,the data analysis of frequency statistics,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)attributes,efficacy analysis,cluster analysis.Results :1.Through the literature metrology analysis,we found that the ancient prescriptions for the treatment of Fulminant Wind-heat Invasion were involved 121 medicinals in total,among which rhubarb was the most frequently used single medicinal flavor.And the modern prescriptions for the treatment of Fulminant Wind-heat Invasion were involved 155 medicinals in total,among which chrysanthemum is the most frequently used single flavor.2.Ancient and modern doctors like to use cold,bitter,spicy,liver and lung meridian drugs in the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion,among which modern doctors are particularly prominent in the use of cold traditional Chinese medicine,and pay equal attention to the use of sweet traditional Chinese medicine and Guxin meridian traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion : 1.Ancient doctors’ understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Fulminant wind-heat invasion mainly involves two factors,such as "wind" and "heat",mainly affecting liver and lung.Modern doctors’ understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Fulminant wind-heat invasion mainly involves two factors,such as "heat" and "dampness",mainly affecting liver and lung.2.Ancient and modern doctors believe that the dialectical analysis of Fulminant wind-heat invasion is based on evidence,and the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion is mainly antipyretic drugs and antipyretic drugs,but ancient doctors pay more attention to the application of dispelling drugs.Ancient doctors believe that the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion is to clear heat-toxins and evacuation wind-hot,while modern doctors believe that the treatment of Fulminant wind-heat invasion is to clear heat and drying dampness and evacuation wind-hot,and cooling blood and clearing toxins.3.In the clinical process,we used cathartic drugs for the related eye diseases with no deficiency of healthy qi,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
