Professor Gao Tianshu's Application Of Heat-clearing And Detoxification Method In The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis Medication Rules And Characteristics

Purpose:By using data mining method,we further explore the clinical medication rules and characteristics of Professor Tianshu Gao in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis by clearing away heat and detoxifying methods.Material and method:The collection of Professor Tianshu Gao in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,screening in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,with the help of the Excel table record the patient's name,sex,age,thyroid function,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,prescription and other informations,set up a data base.The method of data mining,such as cluster analysis and correlation analysis,is carried out by SPSS 22,Professor Tianshu Gao is experience in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis is summarized.Results:1.Most of the cases of subacute thyroiditis are in the middle and old age,the majority of women,the proportion of men and women is about 1:2.73,and the incidence of autumn and winter is more.2.A total of 120 herbs were recorded in this time,There are 38 kinds of herbs with a frequency of more than 8%,the first five followed by bupleurum,glycyrrhiza,scutellaria,arctium lappa,menthe.3.The most herbs are the liver,others from high to low are lung,stomach,spleen,heart,kidney,intestine,gall bladder,bladder,small intestine,pericardium,triple burner.4.The most used Chinese herbs are heat-clearing drug,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,relieving cough and asthma,tonic drugs,drugs for calming liver to stop endogenous wind constitute of the main herbs for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis?5.Among the 120 herbs,cold medicine were used most,and the rest were warm,flat,cool and hot respectively.6.Combined with tutor's experience,three clusters are obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:From the analysis,Professor Tianshu Gao used the herbs of heat-clearing drug,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,relieving cough and asthma,accompanied by tonic drugs to treat subacute thyroiditis.The pathogenesis of subacute thyroiditis is exuberant heat toxin,the1.characteristics of herbs are heat-clearing and detoxifying,strengthening the body resistance during recovery.2.Scutellaria and bupleurum,arctium lappa and platycodon,radix isatidis and calvatia,honeysuckle and lophatherum gracile,forsythia and menthe,cicada slough and turmeric for the commonly used herbs.3.Bupleurum?glycyrrhiza?scutellaria?arctium lappa?menthe?forsythia?honeysuckle?platycodon?bombyx batryticatus?dandelion are core drugs.
