| Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of Yupingfeng Powder in improving TCM symptoms and experimental indicators of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of qi deficiency and phlegm coagulation type,and to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in improving symptoms and prognosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods:According to the principle of random grouping,sixty patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of qi deficiency and phlegm coagulation type were divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).In the foundation of usual treatment,the control group was given oral selenium yeast intervention,and the treatment group was given oral Yupingfeng powder granules for 12 weeks.Observe and record the TCM symptoms,thyroid function,thyroid autoantibody level,thyroid size under color Doppler ultrasound,blood routine,liver function,renal function,ECG and other afety indexes of the two groups during the treatment.Spss24.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis.Results:There was no remarkable difference between the two groups in general information and efficacy index before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the following results were obtained:(1)There was no significant difference in thyroid function between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no abnormality during the treatment.(2)Thyroid antibody levels decreased in both groups after treatment,the changes in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).(3)The thickness of the left and right lobes(maximum diameter)and isthmus of the experimental group became smaller after treatment,and the thyroid size changed statistically(P<0.05),while the thyroid size in the control group did not change significantly after treatment(P>0.05),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After TCM symptom score treatment,both groups decreased,the changes in the test group were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the effective rate of thyroid antibody curative effect,Hashimoto’s thyroiditis disease curative effect,and TCM symptom curative effect of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(6)During the treatment of the two groups of patients,there was no abnormality in safety indicators,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional western medicine oral selenium yeast,Yupingfeng powder is superior to selenium yeast in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,whether it is to reduce TGAb or TPOAb alone,or comprehensive TGAb and TPOAb analysis in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,or to reduce the size of thyroid gland and improve the symptoms of patients in traditional Chinese medicine Research,with high safety,which is worthy of further promotion. |
