Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yupingfeng Powder On Pulmonary Inflammation Index Of Intertrochanteric Fracture In Elderly Patients With Pulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Clinically,elderly patients often suffer from complications such as pneumonia after surgery due to factors such as low immunity,many basic diseases,and weak body,as well as trauma,anesthesia and external environment,especially for elderly patients with deficiency of lung qi syndrome.In this study,by observing the effect of yufengfeng powder on pulmonary inflammatory indicators of intertrochanteric fracture of the elderly with lung qi deficiency syndrome,we accumulated experience for the clinical study of yufengfeng powder on prevention of pneumonia of postoperative complications of intertrochanteric fracture of the elderly with lung qi deficiency syndrome.METHODS: From October 2017 to December 2018,63 patients meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from fuzhou integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital in fujian province.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.On the second day after admission,all the enrolled patients were routinely performed pulmonary CT and blood test,and data including pulmonary CT,white blood cell count,procalcitonin,c-reactive protein and TCM syndrome score were recorded.All patients were treated with analgesia and detumescence before surgery,and elective surgery was performed.The experimental group was admitted to hospital on the basis of the control group on the second day of oral administration of jade screen scattered to the postoperative one month,the two groups were recorded intraoperatively to record the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,preoperative injury days,postoperative encouraged to help turn off the ground,turn over pat back.Lung CT and blood test were reexamined in both groups at the first month after surgery.Postoperative lung CT,white blood cell count,procalcitonin,c-reactive protein,TCM syndrome scores and other data were recorded.The obtained data were statistically analyzed with SPSS21.0 statistical software,and P < 0.05 was set to be statistically significant.RESULTS: In this experimental study,there was no statistically significant difference in lung CT results between the two groups from the beginning of the study to one month after the operation(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom improvement between the two groups(P > 0.05).On the second day after admission,there was no statistically significant difference in the values of white blood cells,c-reactive protein and procalcitonin between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in c-reactive protein and procalcitonin between the two groups one month after surgery(P < 0.05),and no statistically significant difference in white blood cells(P > 0.05).In the comparison between the data of the experimental group and the control group,the leukocyte,c-reactive protein and procalcitonin values were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: This study concluded that taking yufengfeng powder in clinical practice could reduce the pulmonary inflammatory response after intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome to some extent.The experimental group began to apply jade screen powder in hospital,no adverse reactions and toxic side effects were found,reflecting the safety of clinical medication.This clinical observation needs to be further verified in animal experiments and explore its potential mechanism of action.
