| Background:Objective to investigate the effect and mechanism of Professor Chang Ke’s self-made recipe(DI Dan Tang)on purpura nephritis(HSPN)rat model.Experimental method and etection index:The rats were randomly divided into blank group number table,model group,Tripterygium glucosides group enemy soup high dose group,middle dose group.Referring to the document model HSPN rat model successfully copied,week 9 enemy soup were given high doses of different enemy soup dose treatment group was given Tripterygium Tripterygium glucosides glycosides tablet for 4 weeks.During the experiment,the rats were tested for 24-hour urine protein quantification in stages.The rats were killed at the end of the 12 th week,and blood samples were collected to detect the blood biochemical and the expression of Ig A,IFN-γ,IL-2,and IL-4.The data was analyzed and compared by statistics using spss25 software.Experimental results:(1).24-hour urinary protein quantity: The 24-hour urine protein quantity of the model set was obviously increased,which was significantly different from that of the blank control group(P<0.01);Compared with the model set,the 24-hour urine protein quantity of the Treatment group was obviously decreased(p<0.01);Enemy soup high dose group,middle dose group was not statistically significant;Compared with traditional Chinese medicines formula,TG group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2).Biochemical indexes:total cholesterol serum albumin and triglyceride in the model set were significantly increased,which was significantly different from that in the blank control group(P<0.01);Compared with the model set,serum albumin,Treatment group were significantly decreased(p<0.01);There was no statistical significance be TGeen TG group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P >0.05);Enemy soup high dose group,middle dose group was not statistically significant;There was no significant difference in creatinine and urea be TGeen the groups(P>0.05).(3).The expression levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in model set were lower than those in blank control group(P<0.05),while Ig A and IL-4 were significantly higher than those in blank control group(P<0.01).After treatment,compared with the model control group,the IL-2 and IFN-γ in the treatment group are higher than those in the model set,while Ig A and IL-4 are significantly lower than those in the model control group.Enemy soup high dose group,middle dose group was not statistically significant.Compared with traditional Chinese medicine group,TG group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Research conclusion:Professor Chang Ke’s own prescription(Didantang)can effectively reduce 24 h proteinuria in HSPN rat model.Didan Decoction in the treatment of HSPN may inhibit IL-4 and promote the expression of IFN-γ and IL-2,thereby affecting the balance of Th1 and Th2,thereby delaying the occurrence and development of purpuric nephritis and reducing kidney damage.This may be the enemy one way decoction of HSPN. |
