Anticancer Effects Of Liquid On Colorectal Cancer Xenografts In Nude Mice P53, VEGF And EGFR Expression

Objective: the objective and detailed observation of anti-cancer liquid of colon cancer innude mice tumor P53and VEGF of National People’s Congress and the effect of EGFRexpression, and to evaluate the effect of anti-cancer fluid; In order to further evaluate theparty to provide effective basis the indications and curative effect for the treatment ofcolorectal cancer.Methods:(1) to establish a National People’s Congress colorectal cancer nude mousetransplantation tumor model, were randomly divided into blank control group,5-Fu group,the anti-cancer group and anti-cancer liquid with5-Fu combination group.(2) the people’scongress (NPC) colorectal cancer nude mouse transplantation tumor model building3daysafter the successful start, the blank control group,5-Fu, cancer group and combined group ofcontinuous administration,7days observation comparison between groups of people’scongress (NPC) after colorectal cancer in nude mice tumor effect.(3) the pathology,immunohistochemistry and image analysis technology comparison between groups P53andVEGF and EGFR expression in transplanted tumor.Result:(1) cancer can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor, whether from the volume ortumor weight were significantly smaller than that of blank group (P<0.01), the tumorsuppression effect and5-Fu roughly, but inhibit the growth of tumor after combination moreevident, compared with5-Fu group also had significant difference (P<0.01).(2) cancer liquidthe VEGF expression of the blank group reduced, at the same time also can reduce theexpression of VEGF levels (P<0.05), the effect is the same as5-Fu, but curative effect isbetter than that of5-Fu, after combination and the differences are significant (P<0.05).(3)anticancer treatment group EGFR expression of the blank group, at the same time also canreduce the expression of EGFR of level (P<0.05), the less than5-Fu, but after combinationcurative effect is better than that of5-Fu, and significant difference (P<0.05).(4) cancertreatment group of P53expression increased in the blank group, at the same time also can increase the expression of P53level (P<0.05), the less than5-Fu, but after combinationcurative effect is better than that of5-Fu, and significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) cancer of colon cancer nude mouse transplantation tumor of NationalPeople’s Congress has exactly tumor suppression effect, its function and tumor suppressioneffect of5-Fu roughly equivalent.(2) cancer is to inhibit the action of the National People’sCongress colon cancer cell proliferation and its mechanism may be related to improve tumorwithin the nucleus shape, to reduce the nuclear material synthesis metabolism, induce cellsto reverse reformed and regulate the expression of VEGF, EGFR and P53.(3) cancerassociated with5-Fu has obvious synergistic effect and application.
