| BackgroundBreast cancer in clinical belongs to one of the more common malignant tumor,the related research data shows,breast cancer in the clinical occupies the whole body 7%-10%,various forms of cancer in women's disease incidence rate of just below the number one cause of cervical cancer.And triple-negative breast cancer in 10%-20% of all breast cancer disease incidence.Therefore,the study of the characteristics of the triple-negative breast cancer molecular biology to improve triple-negative maximum extent the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.A large number of literature on the clinical pathological characteristics of triple-negative breast cancer were studied,but for the expression of EGFR and VEGF in TNBC and its clinical pathological characteristics study of the relationship is very rare.ObjectivesThis study is mainly to VEGF(Vascular endothelial growth factor)and EGFR(Epidermal growth factor receptor)in triple-negative breast cancer analyzes the expression and significance of,at the same time also with the relationship between the clinical pathological parameters were studied.MethodsIn the center hospital of xuchang in January 2014-June 2017,389 cases of breast cancer patients are treated by as the research object,all patients are required to pass through the strict into the exclusion criteria diagnosed with breast cancer,then according to the patients with clinical pathology report will be divided into TNBC(Triple-negative breast cancer)group and non TNBC(Non triple-negative breast cancer),among them,a total of 78 patients belong to TNBC group,311 cases of patients with NTNBC group,comparing the two groups of patients with clinical pathological characteristics of diversity.On two groups of patients with postoperative pathological report,collect and analysis to the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)these two indicators in triple-negative breast cancer expression in breast cancer and pathological features were analyzed.Results 1.Among 389 patients with breast cancer,a total of 78 patients with TNBC group,the patients with NTNBC group a total of 311 cases,the infiltrating ductal carcinoma(IDC)in patients with the TNBC group obviously higher than that of the patients with TNBC group,there are statistically significant difference(P<0.05);At the onset age,the TNBC group was also lower than the non-TNBC group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05)in the presence of axillary lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation.2.Immunohistochemical results showed that the EGFR positive expression rate(56.41%)in TNBC group was significantly higher than that in non-tnbc group(51.13%).The positive expression rate of VEGF was significantly higher in the TNBC group(64.10%)than in the non-TNBC group(53.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Among 78 three negative breast cancer patients,patients with family history,whether with axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical stage,and so on and so forth and positive expression of EGFR exist significant correlation(P<0.05);However,there was significant correlation between the presence of axillary lymph node metastasis and clinical staging,and the positive expression of VEGF(P<0.05).The positive expression of EGFR and VEGF was not significantly correlated with the age of onset,menstrual status,accumulation of nipple,and pathological type(P> 0.05).Conclusions 1.The triple-negative breast cancer patients with infiltrating ductal carcinoma is the most common pathological types are mainly,main characteristics and is characterized by lower onset age,tumor differentiation degree also is bad,and is easy to be in the early days also axillary lymph node metastasis.2.It is possible to predict and evaluate the metastasis,and prognosis of triple-negative breast cancer patients according to the positive expression of EGFR and VEGF. |
