With the continuous improvement of people’s lives and economic level,the demand for high-quality medical resources is increasing,which has promoted the construction of new hospitals by medical institutions,especially the global outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia in 2020.For medical resources The body’s volume and quality have put forward new requirements.At the same time,the construction of hospitals is professional,so the difficulty of construction is increased,especially the contradiction between increasing budgets and tight funding sources,which also makes the management research of hospital construction project costs extremely strong.Practical significance.Based on this background,the value of lean management of hospital construction project costs is highlighted,especially system innovation based on lean thinking in management,evaluation,and model is also necessary.Lean cost management is based on the value stream,using professional methods and techniques to increase the output of value and reduce cost waste.This article is to implement lean cost control in the project of the hospital’s new medical technology building.The research content is summarized in the following three aspects:1.Establishing cost control system of hospital medical technology building from the perspective of lean managementThe establishment of cost control system is the innovation of this paper.Based on the analysis of the connotation of lean management and project cost management,combined with the internal logic,through the narrative analysis of literature,and based on the current situation,existing problems,system construction principles,influencing factors and construction methods of hospital construction projects,this paper constructs the cost control of hospital construction projects with 5 dimensions and 17 factors System.2.Analysis of construction cost of medical technology building in a top three hospital from the perspective of lean managementThis paper combines AHP and value engineering to carry out value analysis on the budget of 8 sub projects,and optimizes and evaluates the results of the analysis;then it uses earned value analysis method to manage the construction period and budget implementation of the medical technology building,and summarizes and optimizes the budget after the project.Through the combination of the two aspects,it provides a reference model for lean management in the actual operation of the construction project of the hospital medical technology building.3.After carrying out evaluation and analysis using the idea of lean management,a number of processes were rebuiltUnder the guidance of lean management ideas,the hospital first adjusted the organizational structure,and then carried out discipline planning and department setting work process reengineering,contract signing process reengineering,material and equipment procurement process reengineering,project payment process reengineering,internal audit process reengineering and engineering Changes and visa management process reengineering correspond to the six dimensions of planning,contract management,recruitment,finance,internal management,and dynamic monitoring,which provide practical experience for other hospitals in the process of construction management and strengthen the theory.Position in practice.
