Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with zhengrong decoction in the treatment of wind-induced partial visionMethod: By using the method of parallel randomized control study,60 cases(80eyes)of patients with wind-induced partial vision and wind-phlegm obstruction of collates-type who met the inclusion criteria were recruited and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given zhengrong decoction plus or minus oral administration, and the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group. Each group received one course of treatment for 10 days, with 1 week interval, starting the second course of treatment and 2 consecutive courses of treatment.Statistical results were obtained after 2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, the eye position and strabismus of the two groups of patients,as well as the accompanying symptoms such as dizziness and nausea,as well as the improvement of TCM symptoms were recorded. Finally, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was calculated and analyzed according to the statistical results.Result: The final number of cases was 60(a total of 80 eyes),30 each in the experimental group and the control group(42 eyes in the treatment group and 38 eyes in the control group).(1)Comparison of baseline data between the two groups showed no difference in gender, age, eye size, course of disease,or score(P> 0.05).(2)Statistical results show that:a.After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment.Among the patients in the treatment group,6 were cured,14 were effective,5 were effective, and 5 were ineffective, with a total effective rate of83.33%.Among the patients in the control group,2 were cured,8 were effective,10 were effective, and 10 were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 66.67%.The efficacy of the two groups was statistically compared,P<0.05,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.b.After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment.8 cases in the treatment group patients cured,13 cases who were markedly improved, effective in 5 cases,4 cases were effective, total effective rate 86.67%,control group were cured in 3 cases,6 cases who were markedly improved, effective 12 cases,9 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was70.00%,the curative effect of the two groups were statistically compared,P<0.05,compared with control group, treatment group therapy effect is better than the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with zhengrong decoction for the treatment of wind-induced strabismus(wind-phlegm-obstructing collaturation)can effectively improve patients' eye position and strabismus,as well as the concomitant conditions such as diplopia, dizziness and nausea,as well as the situation of TCM syndromes. This method is simple and easy to operate, easy for patients to accept and cooperate, and worth popularizing. |
