| Objective Apoplexy is a common clinical disease.Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have accumulated precious theories of stroke for us through long-term clinical practice,and have left a wealth of literature.The master of traditional Chinese medicine is a leader in modern TCM academics.Master of traditional Chinese medicine YAN De-xin is good at cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.He also has unique insights into stroke.He organizes the academic thoughts of Yan’s family,and explores the legacy of YAN De-xin’s medical records on stroke for modern clinical stroke.treatment and reference.Methods This paper is mainly divided into two parts.The first part discusses the academic origin of the literature on stroke and Yan’s internal medicine.Combining document sorting with academic history,the definition of stroke is sorted out with the development of the theory of etiology and pathogenesis,and the history and academic research of Menghe Medical School and YAN De-xin,which originated from Yan’s internal medicine,are studied in literature,and the history and Academic point of view.The second part establishes a database of medical records of Chinese medicine master YAN De-xin in treating stroke.By collecting and arranging the relevant medical records of Chinese medicine master YAN De-xin’s treatment of stroke,supplementing the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform and the three major databases as data sources,and using data mining technology to conduct frequency,association rules and cluster analysis of their symptoms and prescription drugs,Discuss stroke symptoms and medication rules.Results 1.The earliest record of stroke recognized in the "Neijing",the name of the disease has not been determined,after a series of development in the middle,the disease has been unified as "stroke" in modern times.As for the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke,the theory of external causes of wind was the main theory before the Jin and Yuan Dynasties.During the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the theory of internal causes replaced the theory of external wind.Now the motherland medicine recognizes that stroke is the six pathologies of wind,fire,phlegm,deficiency,qi and fatigue.Factors interact to cause pathogenicity.2.As a branch of the Menghe School of Medicine,Yan’s Internal Medicine has evolved through academic development.The master of Chinese medicine,YAN De-xin,is good at cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.He pays more attention to the changes of qi and blood in medical consultation,and the same is true for his views on stroke.3.Included 39 effective medical records of Yan Lao’s treatment of stroke.Including 67 different symptoms,involving 326 times,the four symptoms and signs with higher frequency are hemiplegia,aphasia,constipation,dizziness,the tongue is mostly greasy or thin coating,and the pulse is mostly stringy.The symptoms of the overall syndrome differentiation are often characterized by phlegm and heat.4.The records of a total of 39 visits included 142 medicines with 610 frequency of medication,and the high-frequency medicines included acorus Calamus,Pollen Typhae,red peony,peach kernel,and Tongtiancao.The top 3 medicinal properties are cold,warm,and flat;the top 3 medicinal tastes are bitter,sweet,and acrid;the top 3meridians of frequency are liver meridian,heart meridian,and stomach meridian.Medicines and Pinggan Xifeng medicines are mainly used.4.The results of association rules show that when the confidence level is100%,there is only one pair of drug pairs: red peony and safflower;Pollen Typhae and acorus Calamus are the drug combinations with the highest support;Huang and Tongtiancao were the highest-elevating drug combinations.5.After cluster analysis,high-frequency drugs can be divided into 5 groups.They are leeches,coptis,seaweed,calamus,Pollen Typhae,turmeric;rhubarb,cassia;saffron,salvia;safflower,angelica,red peony,peach kernel;6.Hemiplegia is often treated with Wei Lingxian,seaweed,acorus Calamus,Shenjincao,Yujin,Coptidis as the main drug treatment,and acorus Calamus,Yujin,Coptis,Poria,Chishao,Salvia,Weilingxian are often used for pulse string.,seaweed,polygala treatment adjustment,aphasia often use seaweed treatment.Conclusions 1.YAN De-xin mostly treats stroke from blood stasis,emphasizing promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to remove blood stasis.2.Through the combination of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,heat-clearing and liver-pacifying drugs to reconcile qi and blood in the treatment of stroke,it can provide a reference for further broadening the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke.The results obtained in this study may also provide some ideas for clinical treatment of stroke. |
