Based On Data Mining, Xu Runsan, Xin Xiting And Wang Qing's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Adenomyosis

Objective:Based on the assistant platform of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance,data mining was used to study the meridian tropism,frequency of high frequency drugs and efficacy classification,prescription rule,core combination and potential new of professors Xu,professors Xin and professors Wang in the treatment of Adenomyosis(AM).The similarities and differences of their ideas and medication rules in the treatment of AM were discussed,and the academic thoughts and characteristics of Xu's treatment of AM were summarized.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to collect the prescriptions of patients with AM treated by professors Xin and professors Wang from January 2010 to April 2018.at Professor Xu Clinic of Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and from January 2013 to April 30,2018.The data were input by V2.5.Data mining methods such as association rule analysis,improved mutual information method and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to mine high-frequency combination of traditional Chinese medicine and new prescriptions,and the results were analyzed.Chinese styleResearch results:(1)Through the analysis of the meridian attribution of medicinal properties and flavors,the medicines used by the three professors were mainly warm,cold and placid,bitter,sweet and bitter,and meridian attributable mainly to the liver,spleen and kidney.(2)According to the classification of high-frequency drugs according to their efficacy,it is concluded that all the three professors commonly use tonic drugs,blood-activating drugs and blood-stasis drugs,and dispersing drugs.Among them,for professor Xu,the use of tonic drugs accounted for 30%,blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal accounted for 16.1%;For Professor Xin,used tonic drugs accounted for 23.4%,blood circulation drugs accounted for 19.6%;Professor Wang used Eliminate disorder fights medicine 16%,tonic 14.7%.(3)Through association rule analysis,the drug model was found:the most commonly used model of the three professors was raw astragalus-notoginseng powder.Accordingly,for Professor Xu,raw astragalus-paeonia root,raw astragalus-chuanxiong root,raw astragalus-zedoary,angelica-paeonia root,angelica-notoginseng powder,angelica-bupleurum root,angelica-paeonia root-bupleurum root,ziheche-angelica-bupleurum root,etc.Teacher Xin:raw astragalus-angelica,raw astragalus-zelan,raw astragalus-paeonia root,raw astragalus-zelan-notoginseng powder,raw astragalus-angelica-notoginseng powder.Teacher Wang:raw Astragalus-acute,raw Astragalus-raw oysters,raw Astragalus-Zelan,raw oysters-acute seeds,etc.(4)Through cluster analysis,new prescriptions were obtained:1)professor Xu:Paeonia lactiflora,Human placenta,Pangolin,Licorice,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Euphorbia vulgaris;Cornus officinalis,Leonurus,Rhizoma Cyperi,Atractylodes macrocephala,Licorice,Alpinia officinalis;2)Xin Teacher:Astragalus menmbranaceus,Panax notoginseng,Dodder;Hirudo,Zelan,Cuscuta,Jixingz;Orange Leaves,Stone see piercing,centipede,soap horn thorn,Lulutong,deer horn frost,pangolin;Peach kernel,cinnamon twig,Poria cocos,danpi,angelica;3)Teacher Wang:Peach kernel,cinnamon twig,Poria cocos,paeonia,phellodendron,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,cornel,Alisma orientalis,yam.(5)The dosage of astragali radix 60g,Curcuma zedoaria 30g and Angelica sinensis 20g are listed.The dosage of Astragalus membranaceus 30g,Curcuma zedoaria 20g and Angelica sinensis 10g are the same as that of Professor Xin and Wang.Conclusion:These three professors treated AM from the point of view of"deficiency" and "stasis".He believed that the location of the disease was mainly in liver,spleen and kidney.The medication was mainly warm,cold,calm,bitter,sweet and bitter.The basic treatment methods were reinforcing deficiency,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispersing nodules and eliminating symptoms.Astragalus and notoginseng powder is the most common medication mode among the three professors.Professor Xu is used of flesh-and-blood products and insect medicines are specially prescribed.Professor Xin and Professor Wang carried forward Xu's academic thought on the basis of inheritance.Both of them used drugs more sligtly than Xu,and were good at Shi xiao san.Professor Wang to promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis for Jixingzi and Xiaolei wandeng.
