Objective: To explore the drug use rule of apoplectic disease(phlegm-heat fu-fu demonstration)and the drug combination with the highest degree of association support through data mining technology,and to analyze the mechanism of action of the treatment of apoplectic disease(phlegm-heat fu-fu demonstration),in order to provide a new direction for clinical treatment of apoplectic disease(phlegm-heat fu-fu demonstration).Formula: Targeted retrieval of relevant literature published on CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database and other literature databases was conducted by computer,and the retrieval time was set from 1983 to 2022.The literature database was established through Excel 2019.SPSS 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for clustering and association rule processing of drugs with high frequency of use.After processing the data by association rules,the drug pairs with the highest degree of association support were obtained and the pharmacological treatment mechanism was analyzed.Results: 1.In this study,98 literatures were included after screening by the exclusion criteria,with 103 effective prescriptions in total.2.Statistical results of drug frequency: A total of 149 drugs were used 942 times,and 29 drugs were used more than 12 times,accounting for 81.95% of the total.3.Statistical results of drug categories,menstrual correction and sexual taste: the first five categories were attacking drugs,clearing heat and phlegm drugs,regulating qi drugs,clearing phlegm and dampness drugs,and antispasmodic drugs;The main drugs belong to spleen,stomach and lung;The sexual taste is mainly bitter cold.4.Cluster statistical results: mainly divided into five drug combinations.5.Statistical results of association rules: there were five key drug pairs,among which the drug pair with the highest degree of support was rhubarb-Fructus aurantii.6.The results showed that the key targets of rhubarb-immature orange drug pair in the treatment of this disease were AKT1,TNF,TP53,IL6,CASP3,JUN,VEGFA,PTGS2,ESR1,MYC,IL1 B and so on,and there were 246 closely related signaling pathways.Conclusion: 1.In the treatment of apoplectic disease(phlegm-heat fu-organs demonstration),rhubarb,Fructus aurantii,Trichosanthes,bile south star,mirabilis,calamus,Magnolia officinalis,bamboo Shau,scutellaria scutellaria and licorice were used frequently.2.The main drugs used in the treatment of apoplectic disease(phlegm-heat fu-organs demonstration)are attacking drugs,clearing hot phlegm drugs,regulating qi drugs,clearing phlegm-dampness drugs,and antispasmodic drugs.3.The treatment of stroke(phlegm-heat fu-organs demonstration)properties,return to the bitter cold,spleen,stomach,lung meridian.4.Cluster analysis mainly consists of five categories,reflecting the therapeutic principles of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm and purging Tong fu organs.5.The drug pair with the highest degree of association rule support was rhubarb and Fructus aurantii.6.Signaling pathways mediated by drug targets are related to reducing brain tissue injury caused by ischemia reperfusion,improving nerve function,inhibiting nerve cell death,and mediating inflammatory factor response.
